The journals are really nice. The art work is beautiful. Seems to be well constructed. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the pens came broken and shipping takes forever since it comes from china which if I knew that most likely wouldn’t have bought

Good communication and beautiful product
After having some skepticism when my order status was not updating and having been charged too much, I reached out by customer service via email. Shortly after I received a refund of the overcharge. I then communicated my concern of the timeframe of delivery and not getting status updates, in which again, communication was quick and reassuring with a tracking link. After the estimated time frame of delivery I received a unprompted follow up which was very reassuring. I finally received my items and they are beautiful, customized as I ordered and even some extras in the packaging like a pen, bookmark and encouragement card. Now that I have confidence with this company I will be ordering more.

I loved the Bible cover but I can't use…
I loved the Bible cover but I can't use it. I followed the directions and measured my Bible and bought what was recommended. It's swallowing my Bible and is so bulky. Has my name on it so just going to give it to goodwill hopefully someone can use it because I can't.

Phenomenal products
I was a little skeptical at first to order, but I used a visa gift card on my 1st purchase - I just didn’t want to give out personal information without knowing more about the company . I just love 💘 my new Bible Cover. I love 💝 the color pink 🩷 and the design is very beautiful. I also love that you were able to put my first and middle name on the back Manina Jessica. Ships from China & Not Accommodating
A few days after placing the order I found another prayer journal that had faster shipping, so I tried to cancel my order. They wouldn’t cancel it even though the journals I ordered were not customized and did not ship until over a week later. It took 14 days for it to ship, and apparently it shipped from China. Absolutely misleading because it said the company was based in New York. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was coming from China.

Depending where you live, or how long the process will take to make the cover, it is a a bit of a long wait but however i will still give this company 5 stars. I have received my book cover, it is well detailed i am more than impressed 👍👍👍😉
