I was looking for a flight to Taiwan the very last minute. As I was procrastinating and the prices were increasing. Eddy pulled through with an excellent price. Customer Service is on point. With the ease and worry free service. I would definitely use them for my next trip.

The friction came from too much back and forth booking this business class trip. If you are using this service make sure you get back to them quickly after they have presented options. Also make sure they know which time zone you are in as they are in the California time zone. I would have preferred selecting my own seat after the booking but the price difference between booking yourself and using this service is great. Can't argue with the price.

Outstanding costumer service. He saved me a lot of money over Orbitz & have given his name # phone number to some of my friends.

I have met Dave Clarkson online while contacting many sellers of business seats. I have many people in my circle of friends and family who are Chinese. All are greatly impressed with Dave's service. He always responds to any phone call or email. He works very hard for every account. We have purchased 3 business trips through Dave and have only great things to say about Dave and his company, GoFlyFirst. I can only say trust Dave and give him a shot at the deal!

Flying to Austria with two children 1 and 3 years old at times that would not interrupt their sleep patterns is not an easy task and Edward came through with flying colors. Edward was friendly, courteous, and extremely competent plus pricing was better than any or their competitors.

Honestly, I have been impressed with Goflyfirst's ability to come up with the many time sensitive flight combinations that where required for my arrangements. James has been there for us from the first contact. First, he posted his company’s service, offering to help us find the best option for our trip to Britain. Second, he did it. We lost track of all the phone calls from and to him as he pursued a variety of schedules and airlines.
James made sure the job is done. Our trip provides affordable business class flights, a great connection from Norway back to London and a night stay at a lovely historical hotel, which we were allowed to select.
This fellow always has your back. 4 days before our trip we discovered the airline had shortened the window for our connection on the first flight to London. This change in the itinerary threatened my husband’s health so we called James for help. Past agents have brushed us off after the sale but he immediately followed up with the airline and had us rerouted to another airport, another flight with sufficient time to reach the connection. All with a can-do attitude. This man is a rare find and his company stands behind their product. We highly recommend him and his company.

It was my first time using Go Fly First. Marcus was great at getting me the flights that I wanted at great fares and short layovers. He made it simple, will use Marcus again in the future!
