This company had me in knots when I wanted to change a flight, but after a few days and some worry, they called back and changed the flights for me quickly (at a cost). So I would say they are reliable and friendly but there were some hiccups along the way. I would use them again.

The company is pushy with purchasing.
I think they are using frequent flyer miles to book reward flights, this goes against the T&C of Singapore Airlines, one of the legs of my journey they quoted.
When I asked the question if they were using FF miles, and stated that goes against Singapore Airlines conditions, they ceased all contact with me.
Red flags raised with the other reviews on this site, they appear to me that they are fabricated.
None of the users have profile pictures, a lot of them are posted in consecutive days, and the reviewers have all only made the one review on their accounts.
They have the ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) logo on their website, however I have contacted ASTA and they are not a member of the organization.
I am posting this review for other people to see something other than 5 stars, do some research and make the call for yourself, however I can not shake the feeling that something is not right with this company.
If it seems to good to be true, it probably is, buyer beware.

Had an awesome experience! My wife and i were celebrating our 1 year anniversary to Wakkii and decided to go all out and went with Goflyfirst. They were very helpful and got us an amazing deal on a non stop flight from SFO, Very very comfortable! My wife and i had such a relaxing vacation and we would use these guys again for sure!!

For those of us who regularly fly first class or business class, GoFlyFIrst is an essential service, due to its heavily discounted prices.
The site itself is simple & easy to use with instant quotes for flights. The service typically excellent, prompt and readily available which is a big comfort especially when dealing with the many complications of air travel.

In mid November GoFlyFirst was able to book me a first class flight to shanghai from san francisco for nearly 50% less than the regular fare! While that price may seem unbelievable its is in fact typical of the discount I've received using their service.

I highly recommend goflyfirst for first class and business class travelers, the savings are substantial without sacrificing service or convenience

I was very pleased with the service. They handled everything efficiently, and I plan to use them again.
