I sent my order in from my phone. My glasses came out just right. Easy!

You can't beat their prices, but WOW do they struggle hitting my prescription. I ordered a pair at -4 right, -4.5 left. They sent me a pair that measured -3.25 right, -3.75 left! I could tell immediately because the new pair is weaker than my old pair and I wanted a slight uptick, and I took it to a local optician to test it on their machine. Confirmed. I have a photo of the printout.

When I complained, they sent me a replacement pair - which was just as weak as the first!

I contacted them again, and they were not very helpful. They did give me a 50% refund eventually. I am using the new pair as computer glasses for close work. Which is good. But it's not what I wanted.

Meanwhile my wife is happy with her pair. She has a stronger prescription so I'm guessing their low-quality equipment has less problems with hers.

The selection process was straightforward, the options were clearly laid out, and the speed of delivery was outstanding.

I’m absolutely thankful that I found Goggles4U, I wasn’t expecting the quality eyeglasses I usually pay a fortune for but these are my go to for all my eyewear now, I’ve gotten two pair prescription lenses and am waiting on my third pair, prescription sunglasses, they’re worth the wait, I 100% recommend Goggles4U, you won’t regret it

I ordered 5 pairs of glasses on the same order - I received one pair and have emailed twice trying to get the status of the other four pairs and I have yet to get a response.

Love these glasses

The glasses were affordable and cute. They look great on my daughter. However, it took a VERY long time to receive the order. Since we bought glasses to replace the ones she broke, she was without her glasses for nearly a month. If the website would've warned us about long manufacturing/shipping times before we purchased, we could've made a more informed decision.

I cannot see through my new glasses. I did the text chat to complain and I was told that they were correct and I had to get used to them. I am not done fighting but it was not a smooth quality control

The glasses that I got from you were great. My biggest issue is that I was trying to get frames for myself and kept getting that there were no lenses available. I literally had to go through 20 different frames before I found something that let me order a pair of glasses.

As alway, it was fast and quick order process. Quick suggestion of discount attract me to purchase soon.
