Betrugsfirma!!! Null Sterne!! Dort niemals bestellen! Minderwertige Ware, Preis zum ködern ohne Mehrwertsteuer angezeigt, übertrieben hohe Versandkosten. Retoure nicht möglich, man wird endlos hingehalten und mit Preisnachlass gelockt, sofern man dann von einer Retoure absieht.. Unbedingt die anderen Bewertungen auch lesen, die Vorgehensweise ist anscheinend immer identisch. Ich werde versuchen über PayPal eine Stornierung zu erwirken. Ansonsten hat man keine Chance, man bekommt nicht einmal eine Adresse zum retournieren genannt. Unbedingt Finger weg von diesem Fake Shop!

I purchased their ultraXtend WiFi, came in damaged box, I said I didn't want it and they said I had to turn on and use and tell them what was wrong with it. Unable to sign into it, tried for about an hour, all kinds of instructions including those at their website which differ from written ones coming with product. My two
Apple products keep telling me it is unsecured and not to use. As far as I can tell it is junk and their company sucks.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a door bell which took weeks to arrive. When I eventually received it, it was crap, couldn't,get it to work. I repeatedly requested a returns label, they procrastinated long enough to go over the 30 day return policy therefore refusing me a refund. They are con artists. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have learnt an expensive lesson. I will be contacting Trading standards.

I ordered the foot massager with p and p cost of £12 for an A4 package. The massager didn’t work. Trying to get your money back is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The inbox is always full and responses, when they arrive seem to be written by AI. Eventually I did get my money back but this is a very bad company. When I told them it didn’t work they send a video of how to use it. Then they offer 20 percent off, then a free replacement. Don’t waste your time.

I bought the Wi-Fi extenders and with no amount of trying could I get them to work. What was worrying is that I couldn’t set the security on the IP address provided so it left my network unsecured. Plugging in the second unit the internet dropped out. I contacted their customer support asking for a refund and they refused advising I wasn’t eligible. I’m now looking at the small claims court to get my money back

Lieferzeiten sind katastrophal. Habe einen repeater bestellt hat über 12 Tage gedauert.
Bei Rücksendung, weil das Gerät defekt ist, haben Sie mir angeboten den reporter zu behalten und mir 30 % zurückzuerstatten.
Nach langem hin und her habe ich noch immer keine Antwort und das Gerät zurückzuschicken. Zusätzlich wollen sie noch eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 5 €.
Ich werde jetzt paypal und den Verbraucherschutz kontaktieren.
Kauft niemals dort ein! Das gibt nur Ärger!

Am Ende hat der Käuferschutz von PayPal zu unseren Gunsten entschieden. Betrügerischer Laden, der verboten werden sollte.

Habe letztes Jahr im Juli aufgrund guter Rezensionen und einiger Testberichte 2 Paar Beat Buds X1 dieser Firma erworben und konnte sie bis dato auch ohne Probleme fürs Gym nutzen.
Vor ein paar Wochen begannen die Probleme, erst viel bei meinem Paar der rechte Kopfhörer während des Betriebs immer wieder aus und seit letzter Woche funktioniert ebenfalls der rechte Hörer beim Paar meiner Freundin gar nicht mehr. Auf Nachfrage wurde eine Garantie abgelehnt und das nach nicht mal einem Jahr gebrauch. NIE WIEDER. Wird wahrscheinlich keine Garantie gegeben um über Rücksendungen und die entstehenden "Bearbeitungskosten" zusätzlich Geld zu verdienen. Betrug vom Feinsten.

Habe ein Wlan Repeater, ziemlich teuer, gekauft. Nach 4 Monate ging kaputt. Angerufen beim Gogogadgets und wurde mir klar gemacht das nicht zu machen wäre. Gekauft ist gekauft un wenn ich innerhalb von 30 Tage keine Probleme hatte, ist alles von Ihrer Seite ok. Anders gesagt ist nichts zu machen. Habe Edelschrott gekaut!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Faulty goods sold and the refund was lower than the cost I paid - £71.90 for a camera doorbell that was faulty, return to me was £50.86 - so I am out of pocket. The item not only didn't work it was huge and ugly - I brought another one from a well known supplier and it is perfect!

I placed an order on Monday the 15th of July, and when I received confirmation, I noticed that the delivery charge was £9.96, yet on the website it says standard delivery is £3.99, premium- £5.99, or Saturday delivery - £7.50, so on Tuesday I emailed to cancel my order as the cost was just too much and explained i had been charged £9.96, to which I received a response telling me I couldn’t cancel, but no explanation why the postage was £9.96. So, I emailed again to say I’d had no notification of dispatch, so why can’t it be cancelled. So today Wednesday the 17th of July, I’ve received an email that it has been dispatched, but still no resolution to the £9.96. The email from Emma, she told me if I wanted to send it back there is a procedure, so I emailed again asking how to return it, no response again. £9.96 is a lot of money to a disabled pensioner and the fact that the company doesn’t care about customer care is quite sad. I’ll never shop here again!

Bought a wifi extender from them. The courier was useless and massively overpriced and the item came eventually in a flimsy cheap bag and the package was crushed. Difficult to set up and when I eventually got it going it proved useless and not at all as advertised. Despite multiple emails I can't get an address to return for a full refund, just offers of 20 or 30% if I go away! Given that I paid £51 for this and it can be bought for £15 on Ebay, I reckon I've been conned. Totally useless product from extremely dodgy outfit.

Bin auf eine positive Rezension hereingefallen, dieser Köder hat mich über 60 € gekostet. Die In-Ear-Kopfhörer sind minderwertiger Schrott, nichts von dem, was an dem Artikel gelobt wurde, entspricht den Fakten. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich, weil ich nach dem Ausprobieren nicht mehr die verlangte Originalverpackung herstellen kann. Außerdem würde ich auf den Rücksendekosten von 11 € sitzen bleiben. Betrug!

As clever deceptions go, I have to give this company (I use the the word "company" loosely), 10 out of 10 for their software, which reassures the customer that all is well with the purchase and delivery process, and hypes up the product at the same time. After purchasing UltraXtend wifi extender it arrived one week later in a plastic bag, battered and crumpled in a flimsy white box via the Evri courier service, I was astonished that they had charged me £11.00 delivery charge for an item that weighs several ounces, and was "shipped" from Basingstoke. Thankfully the extender wasn't damaged and after almost 1 hour I managed to get the thing working, but this was through luck because the instructions were difficult to follow ( minute, writing, requires magnification ). This is not an easy device to set up and requires logging on to a separate network. Only time will tell if this item lives up to all the hype the sellers promote. I have given a 1 star rating as the product is a cheap Chinese device, realistically worth under £10. I was charged £34 plus vat. The same item sells for £15 on ebay with free postage. The £11 courier charges I paid are astronomical, the highest I have ever known for such a small item. Total cost overall. £51.90. This company will continue to trade and disappoint unless it is blocked from doing so.

Keine Garantie. Finger weg. Ich finde die Vorgehensweise unverschämt. Es steht nirgends geschrieben, dass das Produkt keinerlei Garantie besitzt. Alle Vorgaben für eine mögliche Rücksendung ( linker Ohrhörer war defekt nach 4 Monaten ) zwecks Garantie durchgeführt. Mit Service gesprochen und geschrieben ohne jeden Erfolg. Solche Onlineshops müssen verboten werden.

Ich habe die Beatbuds aus Versehen bestellt (der Bestellvorgang war eher verwunderlich, da ich eigentlich auf Paypal keinen richtigen Kauf getätigt hatte). Meine Rücksendeanfrage wurde damit beantwortet, dass man von mir Bilder verlangte, die die ungeöffnete Packung zeigen. Danach wurde mir ein Nachlass von 20 % des Preises angeboten, wenn ich sie behalte, was ich nicht möchte. Dann 30 % aus Kulanz und falls ich doch zurückschicken wollte, nur auf eigene Kosten und mit einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 5,00 Euro. Die Texte sind meiner Meinung nach von KI erstellt. Absolut unseriös.
