Reading these reviews and based on my experience, it is clear that Gogogadgets is a scam. Same thing as with many others: bought a device from a page labelled 'Homepro', but then 'customer service' is from Gogogadgets. Device doesn't work (surprise surprise) and Gogogadgets does not reply to emails or provide instructions for return. Managed to get through their 'Call Centre' and agent was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge that the gadget might be defective. Reading other reviews, I know what happens next. Have asked for credit card payment to be suspended, and cancelled my card, as these gangsters now have my details. God knows where they are based -- site says Netherlands. In sum, never buy anything from this gang, oops, company. Just take a look at their FB page and you will see it is a scam. I wish I had done that, but then, I thought I was buying from Homepro...

There was a delay in communicating ie. expected delivery date. Confused message re parcel being "expected".
The device DOES NOT WORK. What a waste of money. No returns policy contained in pack.

Worst customer service of this sales company. Items not high or good quality and customer service after sales is terrible. Don’t recommend purchases from this business.

Ordered some beat buds for my daughter for Christmas and broke after 2 weeks. E-mailed this company and did get a confirmation they had received it but has never replied. Would never order from them again.

I bought a foot massager beginning of Jan 24 didn’t work - emailed they sent me another manual
Emailed again - they offered me another one totally ignoring that I’ve asked for my money back and postage costs

Sendung nach 20 Tagen noch nicht erhalten, aber bezahlt. Auf mehrfache „schriftliche“ Nachfrage wurde ich immer wieder aufgefordert, mich selbst bei DHL über den Verbleib der Sendung zu informieren.

Das Unternehmen ist auf Betrug ausgerichtet. Auf alle Anfragen - 19 mal - erhalte ich immer den gleichen Textbaustein. Keine Antwort zum Ereignis.
Habe auf einer Internetseite am 11, November 2023 einen UltraXtend zum Preis von 49,95 € „OHNE WEITERE KOSTEN“ gekauft. Der Verkäufer war nicht zu erkennen. Bei Bezahlung wurde die Internetseite gewechselt und von Paypal 61,90 € abgebucht. Daraufhin habe ich bei DHL mit der Tracking Nummer die Annahme verweigert. DIE INTERNETSEITE FÜR DEN KAUF IST NICHT MEHR AUFFINDBAR. Der Artikel ist innerhalb 30 Tagen beim Absender angekommen. Rückgabe korrekt. Die Korrespondenz ihrerseits läuft über fünf eMail-Adressen. Ohne den eigentlichen Verkäufer. Das ist nicht zu verstehen. Da denkt man der Kauf über PayPal ist sicher. Aber: Kein Artikel und kein Geld. Welche Firma freut sich jetzt, wenn man so Gewinne macht? Ich hätte aber mein Geld zurück.

I would NOT recommend you buy anything from this site! I purchased a foot massager for my husband for Christmas which after 5 weeks stopped working....no replacement, no new part, as we think it was the charger that had broken, no help at all. Just a standard reply quoting 30 day return policy!!! Regardless that i bought it in november for Christmas and it was faulty.
Go somewhere else they don't deserve your money.

Do not trust this company. I was duped into buying an Intelibell door bell from them and via a phoney review site that had it as number 1 rated doorbell. It did not work it was 3rd rate Chinese junk. Was refused a full refund as legally required by UK consumer rights.

On the 18th Dec 2022 I bought 2 pairs of the bead buds × 1 for Christmas presents. The goods arrived and I was very pleased with the goods. Then one pair developed a fault within 12 months, so I followed their warranty policy from the website. To be told it's a 30 day return policy. I told them it was a warranty issue as they are faulty not returns. On all emails to me they responded with the 30 day return policy. I phoned their customer service, which was also very hard work, and the customer service would not say anything other than we have a 30 day return policy.
So do not buy from this company as they will not guarantee anything after 30 days...

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Bought an intelibell door bell off these crooks but got a completely diffrent product which was cheap nasty Chinese rubbish, arrived in a damaged box and did not work at all, their returns policy is total rubbish too, and you will not get a full refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING off these scammers.

I ordered 2 heaters eco-heat to this company early November which I didn´t receive yet. I wrote several times to "Customer Support (Label Products Support) labelproducts at wwwsupport net" and "replacements at gogogadgets io" they answered but don´t understand and don´t solve anything, is an ridiculous and continuous conversation for nothing. I requested the refund several times a month ago unsuccessfully. My best recommendation is not to buy anything to this company, you are warned.

Habe keine Bestellnstätigung erhalten ,habe demnach keine Bestellnummer quasi nix von der Firma,Betrag wurde sofort abgebucht.

Dieser Shop ist in Sachen Rückerstattung absolut unseriös. Man verspricht zwar eine Geldzurückgarantie aber fragt nicht wie das abläuft. Erst wird 20% Rabatt angeboten, dann 30%. Dann eine Mitteilung, es entstehen Kosten. Versand, und Bearbeitungsgebühren. Der Hinweis, daß Bearbeitungsgebühren unzulässig sind,wird ignoriert. Nachdem man endlich eine Adresse bekommen hat und die die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt hat, passiert wieder nichts. Auf Nachfrage wird die Sendungsnummer verlangt. Ist das Geld dann nach Wochen auf dem Konto, sind es abzüglich Steuern und "Versandkosten" noch 40% vom Kaufpreis.
Ist das eine Geschäftsidee?.

Ordered the dreamily humidifier, paid $80.80 for this piece of junk touted as one of the best on the market. It does not work 1 day before I could return it. Was on hold for over an hour, still no answer. Looked on Amazon, the same product is $6.00.
This is a scam company from China. I am on a fixed income, can’t afford $80.80 unless it is for food or heat.

Völlig überteuert, die Rücksendung ein einziges Drama. Es sieht aus wie automatische Antworten, bis jetzt habe ich noch kein Geld erhalten.
Rückporto trägt man selber und angeblich steht in den Bedingungen auch 5% EInbehaltung. Habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht gefunden, aber wie gesagt, habe ich nach 20x schreiben auch immer noch kein Geld erhalten

Nachtrag:
Nachdem ich bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet habe, kam dann erst wieder eine automatische Antwort, ich soll es zurückschicken (habe ich ja schon lange gemacht) und dann ein Geldangebot. 16 Euro wurden vom ursprünglichen Geld abgezogen

So after I accidentally bought 2 product I email them straight away to tell them I made an error and hopefully stop them for sending out 2 products instead of 1. They email me back saying nit possible but I can email when I get product for easy refund. So I waited 2 weeks. Got the products and email saying I need to return. They then told me they give me 30% for the refund money back. So been fight with them and after tell them THEIR TERM AND CONDITIONS they then cave in and gave me an address. So I sent the products back. Paid post and package and now they said since it been 3 month my refund isn't possible. So I'm never gonna get my money back and I don't have the product. So in all case DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!
