Unfortunately I have had to return a go kart trolley on 2 occasions, probably 8 yes apart.First time i was told to stop golf due to hip dislocation,go kart collected it and refused my offer to pay for delivery
I was able to return to golf 4 yes ago and reordered from go kart 10 days ago and the recent heat affected my heart monitor badly so reluctantly I.again had to cancel my order.Total bad luck and this time go kart just took £15 off my refund.
What a very good company,and yes I am embarrassed by this but just unfortunate timing

I've had the Mk2 for a few years now and I play golf about twice a week. The service these guys provide is second to none. If I've had an issue they sort it straight away, from diagnosing any problem to sending replacement parts or picking up the trolley for servicing.

Purchased this at the beginning of this year. Done over 10 rounds with it and I am exceptionally happy with it. Customer service is great. I wanted the bottle holder when I purchased but it was on back order. When stock arrived in country they contacted me to purchase.

Cruising around the golf course is super fun. Chilling on my seat at moments and umbrella keeping me in the shade. It definitely gets looks from time to time.

Its super zippy and nippy. Given its frame, size and weight it goes really well. You get use to the speed throttling and operations on the course.

Battery is super easy to attach and detach. Charging is a breeze.

Easy to pack up and go!

If you the type of person who does not mind "steering" an electric cart with your hand/s as you walk. This is the right product for you.

If you want a product that you can steer from a remote or be autonomous then this is not for you.

Great products and the most amazing customer service ensuring my order arrived in time for my dad’s bday over the bank holiday.

I have had my GoKart MK1 for many years and it's been trouble free nearly all that time. I've had 2 services completed which have sorted the problems I have had (and considering how long its been between the services that's completely understandable). The product is great and if anything the customer service is even better. I cannot recommend them highly enough and when it's time to upgrade i will be buying the lastest GoKart. My most recent experience was to order a service as I haven't used my cart for some time, with Christmas on the horizon i didn't expect it back until the new year. They collected the day after my order (calling me first to make sure it was convenient) and 3 days later it's back ready for my Sunday round. Thanks GoKart it is very much appreciated.

Two days post-order, the Transit Bag promptly arrived. This bag boasts superb quality, featuring a durable zipper and sturdy seams. It accommodates the assembled trolley comfortably, without being overly snug.I highly endorse both this item and its maker.

I have no problem with the trolley that I purchased some years ago. My problem lies with their profiteering when it comes to accessories. I purchased hedgehog wheels for the winter at a cost of £45. I had assumed that they were made specially for GoKart but when I looked at the packaging I realised that they were a standard product which would fit many trolleys. A quick search online revealed that you could purchase the exact same product in the exact same packaging direct at a cost of less that £30. And the set from the supplier contained the 10 clips that are advertised on the packaging whereas GoKart had taken them out. I know that companies have to make a profit but this experience has left me very disappointed with GoKart.

Superb customer, after care service and technical information. Highly recommended. Very easy to use trolley.

Great product

Had my MK1 for some years now, love it, best kart I have ever owned. Developed an issue, and that when the company came into it's own, got a same day response and solution, you can't really ask for more than that.

Just had to leave a 5 star review for this fantastic British company. Had a Gokart trolley since 2011 and their service since then has been impeccable. I have the original trolley and two replacement batteries in 14 years. In between they have replaced any small breakages including the scorecard holder and a tiny part on the mobile phone holder, usually within 24 hours and without charge. They have just dealt with a replacement battery cover with the same speedy and helpful service. This level of service is so unusual these days and needs to be acknowledged

I have had a Go Kart trolley for 17 years which was refurbished a few times. I decided to purchase a new trolley and battery and I am very pleased. Go Kart have always been extremely helpful and the trolley is amazingly robust. A great buy.

Owner since 2011 with a Mk1, I've had it serviced once over that time and it has served me faithfully.

It has come time to have another service so I took the opportunity to buy a Mk2 and gift my old trolley to my son. I love the service and product of this company, it is better in both price and product than anything else I've looked at. I can never see me owning any other trolley/model

Go kart are fantastic. I have a MK1 trolley and I have had it serviced twice now in the tenish years I have had it and it's come back like new each time. Go kart collected it Tuesday and it was back with me on Saturday. Excellent communication and customer service. I used a new motocaddy on a golf trip in Portugal and it wasn't a patch on my go kart.

The service was the best all aspects of the service from pick up to delivery was quick and a really good job done on the trolley would recommend to everybody

The Transit Bag arrived 2 days after order was placed. The quality of this bag is excellent, strong zip and seams. The fit is really good and takes the assembled trolley without being too tight.

Highly recommended product and manufacturer.

My Gokart battery of 5 years or so failed to recharge. I called Chris at GoKart to order a new one. He insisted on some further tests on my current battery than my Golf Club had performed and sent replacement leads in the battery to my Club. And it worked! I can only say possibly the best customer service I have received in the "online age".

Just bought the Mk2 trolley, having used the Mk1 for the past 10 years, I thought I would treat myself as the Mk1 was getting a bit long in the tooth.

The Mk2 has a number of improvements which I like, the ability to use it without a battery helps, I once forgot to pack my battery on the Mk1 and was in trouble.

The clubs stand higher off the frame, which is the biggest improvement for me, and allows easy access.

The motor is smooth and quiet.

These trolleys are super stable and never fall over, unlike others I see on the course and have to have a little giggle.

And finally, the guys at Gokart can never do enough for you, any queries online are usually followed up with a phone call within an hour or 2 - these guys are number one in customer service!

Great service! Called GoKart yesterday explaining battery was not charging. Chris at GoKart asked some questions and very quickly knew what the fault was; the charger connection was faulty. He put a new connection in the post (1st class), which we received today. Clear instructions were included. The battery is now charging again ‘happily’.
For information I have had this trolley for 6 years and am very happy with.

Received new trolley about a month a go, very pleased with it..compact,lightweight,and very well made...would highly recommend...and a great price.
