GoKart Electric Golf Reviews 

I've had a Mk1 Go Kart trolley for abut 12 years now.
I recently got in muddle with the straps that hold the bag in place, I couldn't get them to tighten.
I contacted Go Kart and on the same day I had a phone call, an email and even a Wattsapp video demonstration!
What service!!! What a fantastic company. What a pleasure to deal with.

Mk2 trolley not as good as my Mk1.
Cheaper more brittle plastics have been used which creaks and cracks when going over uneven surfaces. The tyres are also poorer quality as they are beginning to show signs of wear after less than 6 months. The central mechanism that locks the top and bottom halves together is also troublesome and can be a pain to release sometimes. The original battery only lasted a few months so I paid an extra £60 for the lithium upgrade. On the plus side the geared motor unit is quieter than the Mk1.

Excellent service. Ordered a new trolley and accessories by phone on a Thursday at 3:00 pm - it arrived the following Saturday morning. Haven’t used it yet other than around the garden but very impressed with the quality and sturdiness. Looking forward to many rounds of golf with my new GoKart. Many thanks to Sean and Chris for their help.

Had my mk1 Gokart for 13/14 years. On my 3rd battery, but apart from that the trolley has been superb. Recently the trolley fell over and stopped working. So I sent it for a full service with them. Came back today cleaned, some new straps and mud guard, working great and with a new 1 year warranty. The gents on the phone are very obliging and knowledgable, nothing is a problem. The one gent was very pleased at how old my trolley was. Overall a super service and can’t recommend them enough.
You can keep all your powakaddy’s I’ll stick with my GoKart👍👍

I had to buy a new battery for my mk 1 go kart and 12 months later it started to fail going up the 18 th
Emailed go kart Thursday evening and they phoned back on Friday morning no problem they sent out a new battery and it arrived on Monday morning!
Excellent can’t praise them enough good old fashioned customer support WELL DONE!

Had my trolley for 6 years now. Still using my original 36 hole Lithium battery 3 b 4 times a week ! Bit of bearing noise last winter so called GoKart. They asked where I wanted the trolley collect. Turned up next day, packed in a box they brought as I didn’t have anything suitable. Delivered back to me within the week - to a different address I specified. Fantastic customer service !! All my friends have Powerkaddy or Motocaddy and all have had multiple failures. Get a GoKart rather than waste your money !

I have 2 of the mark 1 trolleys and yesterday one of the rear wheel hubs sheared whilst I was out on the golf course. Although the wheel was wobbling badly, the Gokart still finished the last 6 holes! I rang GoKart as soon as I got home to ask for help and to see if I could get parts for a quick repair as I needed the trolley for todays competition. GoKart put a pair of replacement hubs straight into 1st class post and although they didn’t promise that they could get it to me in time, lo and behold at 9am this morning the parts arrived and I am golf club mobile again! Thanks for the fantastic service and help to diagnose what had happened - this great customer service and the great design of the trolley reminds me why I bought GoKart trolleys in the first place! You rock.

I love my GoKart golf trolley. Great design, well made. I have the older Mk1 model which I've had for about 3 years, is excellent and running like a dream. They've just bought out a MK2 with even better design, so have a bit of trolley envy. What's really great about GoKart is the customer service. I wanted some "hedgehog wheels for winter and ordered the wrong ones. I spoke to real person on the phone who know their stuff and corrected my error without fuss or question and refunded my over-spend. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. I had issues with my battery charger and because I could not go back to collect it they delivered to my house later that afternoon.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Honest people who do what they say they will. Go out of their way to provide great customer service.

Today went over to them to see if they could repair the drive axle that broke when the slammed the boot shut
Axle part replaced at no charge while I waited

I can’t speak highly enough about this company. A well designed golf trolley and an excellent after sales service. I have had my MK1 GoKart trolley since 2010 and it’s still going strong. Had a service halfway through this period and it came back as good as new. I wouldn’t consider going to any other company than GoKart for any future business.

GoKart are a fabulous company to deal with, I really cannot fault them, so friendly & helpful.
My Mark 1 trolley stopped working, they had it back pronto and it has come back looking like new. Not only do they get it working, they replace any parts that need replacing and clean & polish it.
GoKart are the best.

Had a Hillbilly for 12 years and paid a lot for it back then. Decided to take a punt on a sub £300 trolley and that was a huge mistake I urge you not to make!
Having dispatched it back I looked at several golf magazine reviews and was impressed that GoKart was considered the “best of the rest” by a few
Ordered the 18 hole with a lithium battery for £400.
Arrived within a week and straight out the box was charged sufficiently for me to top it up and get straight out on the course.
What a difference.
It takes seconds to put it together, the battery is a dream, the pulling power is every bit as good as my old Hillbilly, the build quality is excellent and I don’t know why this trolley isn’t getting even better reviews.
I can’t fault it.

Proud owner of a mk1 go-kart automatic from 2012 (refurbished from when they sold them) and I've just put it in for it first full service (2020). Go-kart has been amazing from the get-go. The only items I've had to buy since 2012 have been a replacement bearing and 2 batteries.
I don't know how they stay in business making such durable/repairable products.
