Order has not been shipped after 5 working days, seller is not responding to calls, emails and messages on Facebook. Avoid at all costs

Awful service. same day dispatch think again takes about 4 days to dispatch even when you pay for premium delivery.
Contact number doesn’t work they reply back to emails at 5am short and blunt not helpful at all.
Need to update their website advertising products that they don’t stock which may I add is still showing 3 months later, will never shop with this company again if I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered 4 vapes on Sunday and paid extra for next day delivery. On Monday I had an email requesting I send through I.D verification which I did. Come Wednesday I still hadn’t had any tracking information so had to email the ‘customer services’ team if you can call them that. I got a very blunt response telling me the things I ordered were not in stock. It took them almost 4 days from receiving my order to tell me this.

I emailed back to ask for a refund as I’d had to buy vapes elsewhere, heard nothing back and next thing I know I had a notification saying my order had been dispatched.

I was willing to put this behind me as they’d sent my order but it arrived today…one of the vapes is 7 months expired! And the other 3 are completely unusable, they taste like black market knock offs.

I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere as the product and customer service is appalling. I highly recommend ordering from vapeshop instead. They are very speedy with delivery and you always get exactly what you ask for.

Good products good prices fairly speedy delivery but I chose royal mail shipping because I have a safe place with them as I work full time....it was delivered by amazon? Which was random and they would just leave on my doorstep by chance the woman over the road saw them and took it in...would think twice before ordering again

Excellent service quick delivery

I have ordered from Golden Vape loads of times with no issue, so I haven't had to talk to customer service before.
I ordered 2 items, vape kit and coils. After 4 days my order status hadn't been updated (still hasn't been), I emailed them to question what was happening and when I could expect to get it.
They replied a day later saying it must of got lost, I informed that I had now received part of my order which was the coils but no vape kit. I sent them pictures that they requested, they told me that they spoke to the person who packed it and they were told it was all in there and told me to recheck... Yes, because I would miss there being a vape kit in a simple bag envelope... This email chain has been going on for almost a week now without the issue being resolved.
What is weird is that when I told them I hadn't received any of the order they were happy to send out a full replacement order but because that day half the order turned up and told them it did, I am now for some reason treated like I am lying about what I have received... So if you ever have an issue with your order that you receive just tell them it didn't arrive apparently.
Company is good when everything goes fine, as soon as there is an issue and you have to deal their customer service, responses are slow, unhelpful and quite frankly insulting.
Edit: After 2 weeks of emails, the company sent me the missing item. Before even sending me the item they requested I change my feedback and literally the day it arrived they have emailed me to request I change the feedback.
As I said before, company is fine when everything goes well, not so much when it doesn't. Customer service seems more concerned by negative feedback than with sorting out issues quickly.

Since they will check this - Is this better? My feedback is my opinion on my experience not on what you want me to say.
