The service from GolfBays is the best I have come across in many, many years and so rare to find these days.
Through no fault of theirs, i had to return some items and Jack dealt with them all promptly and professionally.
It's when things don't go quite as you want that you find out about companies and people and these guys have shown more than once that service really matters to them.
So rare these days and I wish them every success for their business and will always look to use them first when looking for more golf toys in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish!
From start to finish, planning and designing and offering on advice even before the building was built, Rob and his team have worked endlessly to get my simulator up and running. No matter how stupid the question was (or at least how stupid I thought it was), they happily answered everything and gave the best advice.
Then to purchasing the bits and pieces from GolfBays, everything came on time (and sometimes ahead of schedule which is amazing) with excellent instruction videos too.
Would highly recommend working with this company!

Great Service
Very happy with the service from Golfbays. I ordered a Skytrak+ unit and received it in under 48 hours. Also, after a little frustration with price fluctuations, they were able to help me getting a satisfactory outcome. I would be happy to buy from them again, for any future golf sim requirements.

Really good service
Really good service. I have a practice net setup and the mat I had hurt my elbow because I'm actually quite rubbish at golf. I gave them a call and explained the situation, the guy I spoke to recommended me what mat to go with, I ordered online and the delivery was really quick and so far so good. Very happy with the experience, thanks.

Excellent customer service and genuine people
I originally had an issue with shipping delays and needed the item urgently for my golf simulator setup. Communication could have been faster at first, but Rob and the team handled the situation professionally and honestly.
They refunded my order immediately, and because the warehouse had already processed the shipment, they still sent the product out free of charge. That level of customer service really surprised me.
I’m a serious golfer and simulator user, and I truly appreciate companies that take responsibility and look after customers. I’ll definitely buy from GolfBays again in the future. 👍💪

They sold me all the equipment and didn’t support my project with basic information
They sold me all the equipment and didn’t respond to a request as to dimensions of my golf frame - it’s their equipment and did not respond.
Having to rebuild the screen. Will update when I see how the materials work.
Very angry with them, disastrous customer service.

Our phone lines are always open, our number sits at the bottom of every email and across our website, and we always encourage customers to give us a quick call if an email hasn't landed.
We also emailed three times and attempted to call on eight separate occasions but were unable to reach you.

Superb sim enclosure
Superb sim enclosure, easy to set up… did it on my own in about 45 mins. Wrong size screen was sent originally, but called customer services and they sent the correct size next day delivery. Hitting mat is excellent quality. I went for the square launch monitor and works really well with the limited space I have. All in all would highly recommend golf bays
