Go New Zealand Tours Reviews

We had the best experience in New Zealand. Brian took care of everything…all of our drivers, tickets, and overnight stays. We were lucky to have superb weather from Fiordland to Auckland, zig zagging throughout the islands. I highly recommend Go NewZealand Toyrs. Everything was smooth and we have Brian to thank for loads of fun and memories!!

Had a great trip to Milford Sound with overnight on Milford Mariner. Brandon was a great bus driver from Queenstown. Very informative and entertaining. It was amazing staying overnight we saw rare penguins seals and dolphins

We have been thinking of a New Zealand trip for quite a while. Cian was amazingly responsive when I reached out to Go New Zealand tours. He put together a manageable, exciting itinerary for us and immediately made revisions when I asked for some changes. In some cases, he offered multiple versions of the same day trip depending on what our scheduling needs are. It's great knowing that a lot of the logistics have been taken off our plate. Really looking forward to the trip!

There is an 8 hour time difference from where I sit in California and Cian sits in Ireland but he was willing to accommodate my time schedule and answer all my questions. He was very responsive to my texts and emails. We finished with a Google Meet so I got to see him so he wasn't just a voice on the phone.

Jake's attention to detail and working with us to make it the most enjoyable experience possible, will make this the trip of a lifetime.

Jake was very easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in a journey to New Zealnd and came up with an itinerary that checked almost every box. I would definitely work with Jake again.

Brian was very accomodating with our requests and did not hesitate to put together several iterations to make sure we got to the perfect itinerary we wanted. He also was very helpful with suggestions on Sydney even though it was not part of his job, He went above and beyond his role!

The materials provided -- map, itinerary, video -- made it easy to understand everything we were to be getting in our package. Cian did an excellent job of adjusting the package to our changing wishes and providing an assortment of interesting activities for us.

Cian was very helpful. We have several “unusual” requests and he has been most understanding and responsive. I look forward to working with him with him to finalize our trip.

Great communication from start to finish. His ability to put a person at ease with such a complicated process.

I got very good response on my inquires. Cian was knowledgeable and agreeable to multiple changes in my itinerary as we put together my trip. He was easy to get in touch with when needed. I did suggest he might slow his speaking down, on the video, he put together for me. Our phone conversations were fine. Great experience!

While in the end I was unable to convince my crew to accept Cian's itinerary, I was bowled over by how he listened and how skilled he is! He is such an asset to this company...I hope to incorporate a few of his tips into a future trip to the South Island
