Helpful and efficient
Cian was very helpful when we were exploring ideas for NZ travel in early 2027. He had great questions and good ideas. His communication was prompt and he has a very pleasant style.

Cian is gem!
Cian is great at his job! His follow-up and patience are to be commended. He answered all of my questions quickly and honestly and diligently sought out the right fit for my adventure in New Zealand. He made the process so enjoyable by being so positive and upbeat while maintaining his professionalism. I truly enjoyed speaking with him each time, whether on the phone or by email.

Brian was patient with me and explained details of the trip and options. I am looking forward to my trip. March can't come soon enough. There were complications as my daughter wasn't sure if she would be able to come with me but we were able to make sure she was added to the trip and she is looking forward to going.

Brian worked with me on budget and experiences. After a little back and forth, I got exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful with questions about weather, driving, visas, etc. He also took into account that we needed to end at the university where my child is studying abroad. Even though we are moving her in after our trip ends, Brian still offered advice and help for getting me back to the airport after.

last minute trip to New Zealand
We booked a last minute trip to New Zealand. With our trip only 3 weeks away, Brian managed to create an itinerary that included all of our must-do’s and accommodate a group of 4 adults and 3 children ages 3 and 5. He booked our hotels, drivers, and found last minute tickets to Hobbiton and Forgotten World. He kept everything within our budget. We had an incredible trip!
