Did no honor the Blackstone promo
I 100% signed up during the the Blackstone griddle promotion. I was to receive the griddle after my 3rd box, I never received it. They escalated my complaint, and they said I did not sign up during the promo. Bad way to do business and I canceled my plan and so did 5 family members and friends. Shady business practices and the meat is not that great quality, cuts are too thin and gristly.

I answered an ad for a free Blackstone…
I answered an ad for a free Blackstone Griddle after the third order and when I asked when I would receive that griddle I was told that I did not answer that particular advertisement and that I did not qualify for the Blackstone Griddle. My request was sent to the people further up the line, I got a message today saying that after reviewing everything, that I di not answer that ad and that I will not get that griddle. As of today I cancelled my membership with this company and I refuse to purchase from a company that does not honor its advertisements, it was a scam to get people to join. Just my opinion of course, you can see for yourselves if this company follows through with their promises.

The vacuum seal on 4 of Ribeyes almost non existent. There was no dry ice in the box and had some defrosted beef.the flavor of the steak was very good, but the packaging needs help .

Delivery on time,packaging was fine and so far the steak I had for dinner was tender and delicious. I have used the chopmeat for my meatballs and planning on having the pork chopa for dinner. My next order is scheduled for December.
