Multiple online complaints about not…
Multiple online complaints about not receiving the free Blackstone813-546-7970 griddle as promised after the third order. I am still waiting for mine and my fourth order has already shipped. I wanted to cancel before the 4th order shipped but I wanted to make sure I got my griddle first because I don't trust them. Not one single box came with ice in it which it was already melted. One delivery came between 9:00 and 11:00 p.m. and I never knew it was on my porch. The quality of meat was not good at all I get better organic Meats at costco. My 19-year-old college student didn't like it either. I could swear that the website said that once you make your choices of cuts on the first box unless you make changes it will continue to stay the same well we don't eat pork and I continuously got pork after the first box the first box was correct it was all beef I called him a complained and the representative said our mistake I will fix that and I'd yet I kept getting pork at every box. I could never recommend this company to anyone.

Regarding your packaging: dry ice naturally evaporates during transit, which is why empty ice bags can occur. Our insulated liners hold temperatures for up to 48 hours, and items are safe as long as they arrive cold to the touch and under 40°F.
For your Blackstone griddle, vouchers are generated within 14 days of your third qualifying box delivery. If you met all the qualifications you will receive an email with the voucher. Additionally, your recurring menu choices should stay saved automatically, so receiving pork cuts after requesting beef was an error by our packing team.

Great meats!
I've tried the chicken, ground beef ,salmon, cod,steaks and have no complaints. Ordering ,shipping, delivery are easy and fast . Comes nicely packaged. Looking forward to trying more of there products.

The quality of food is good with…
The quality of food is good with reasonable prices. However, if I order something, for instance, meatballs, if they don’t have it I get a replacement like ground beef. I would rather they tell me they don’t have an item so I can decide on my options. Otherwise, have had positive results and would highly recommend them.

Everything was great except the steaks were wrapped together. Now I have to thaw both, cook them, then freeze one for later. Wrapping the steaks separately would be perfect 🤩

Makes buying meat that has been…
Makes buying meat that has been ethically raised so much easier. I used to buy a cow to have butchered so that I knew where my meat came from. More meat than I needed so I always had to find someone to split it with. Cuts I didn't need. Nice to find a way to just buy smaller amounts and cuts I need and still feel that the animals were raised on small farms, avoiding feedlots.
