DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Two of the items I ordered arrived damaged, and the quality of the remaining products was far below expectations. I contacted customer service to request a refund and arrange a return, but I never received any response.
If you receive damaged items or need to return products due to poor quality, don't expect any help. Very disappointing experience.

UPDATE:
I was then informed that returning the non-defective items would require a 20% service fee. When I asked where this fee was stated in their return policy, I did not receive a clear explanation.

I was also told that non-defective items are only eligible for exchange, not refund. This appears to contradict the return policy published on their website.
As of now, the matter remains unresolved.

Quality is incredible, these Jewerly is beautiful and good material.

I placed an order 10 days ago and they haven’t contacted me with a shipping date. I have emailed all their contact details including WhatsApp and no one has contacted me. It was a big order. I’m so disappointed.

I purchased >500USD order for the first time from Gooddiy and since initially they contacted us regularly and very friendly and trustworthy service throughout. They helped us with giving a good discount as this was our first order. Provided every detail we asked for and genuinely replied without any delay. And I received my package even 1 day before the earliest possible date and the items were all there accurately 100% safely packed and quality items making sure no scratches in any item. Recommend 💯 to buy from gooddiy and enjoy the items. Great service from them. Thank you Gooddiy💝

I didn’t trust it at first, but I took a lip of faith and order. I received my order, perfectly packaged and the service is professional and they replied and before preceding with my order they wanted me to confirm my address.

I ordered some jewellery from here, it took a while to come at first but ive now done two or three orders and its came quicker than the first! I've loved every piece that's came and for the price its perfect! Sometimes things may be out of stock but they are very quick to.message on what's app and sort out the problem for you. I recommend ordering if your looking g for some pretty costume jewellery!

Unfortunately, most of the swimming suits and the dresses I ordered were really bad quality. The fact that your return policy is so difficult and challenging for the customer, has made me to accept the fact that I lost my money.

Also, in every order I placed, things were missing so I’m not ordering from gooddiy again

llegaron los productos en aproximadamente 10 días a España, ayer los recibí y para mi sorpresa el pedido llego incompleto. Me vendieron stock que no tenían, productos que no llegaron, dinero que ha saber si me devolverán pues lo cobraron integro, disminuyendo mi capacidad de inversión. Falto mas de 40% de los productos y que en dinero corresponden al 60% de lo comprado

❌ I placed an order of over $500 with Gooddiy and paid for express shipping. I waited more than a month, and when the package finally arrived, many of the items were missing.

The company has shown zero professionalism and no respect for the customer. I paid in full, waited unnecessarily, and now I’ve received only part of what I ordered.

This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for serious, honest service. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

I’m waiting for them to fix this but so far, complete silence.

Hace un mes hice un pedido grande de joyería, a día de hoy no tengo idea si llegara O no. En la app ni siquiera puedo ver el estado de mi pedido, quisiera pedir un reembolso o alguna solución por favor!
