The products are very cute and well made.
The shipping was not so fast, it need more or less one month,but I don't mind, I like my jewels a lot.

I ordered jewelry gift bags from…

I ordered jewelry gift bags from Gooddiy at least 2 weeks ago. I haven't received them yet. I haven't received tracking information for my purchase. They do not have a contact phone number or even a contact email. I tried to sign into my "account" with the same email address that I used to purchase and it said my email address was invalid. I even screenshot my email address when I ordered to make sure everything was correct!

Disappointed and frustrated

Update: I want to tell you, I am happy to tell you my frustration and disappointment have been eased. They came through and delivered! Items are all nice and as pictured. Only complaint was lack of communication about it being late.

Had not received any information on my order for over a week so I contacted them, they said they sent two emails and tried to contact me on what’s app. I checked my emails along with my junk mail, nothing. So I requested to cancel my order and requested a full refund. We will see how they handle the issue.
