Not accept return in the warranty valid period
In the begining the customer service was very helpfull, informative and responsive, as I was looking for a frame fit for asian.
I decided to purchase a pair of eyeglasses frame assembly with the prescriptive lenses. The price of the frame and lenses are very cheap and atractive. The delivery process was bad, as it was delivery was delayed almost a week after the 2 weeks as forecast. In the end took almost 3 weeks.
When it arrive, I tried right away, but felt weird as the images was distorted, specially in the right lens. I thought it would be because of the higher degrees. Then decided to wear progressively, 1 hours 1st day, half period next day, full day on. But the sight was never settle, and I noticed that I was crying in the right eye, maybe because the lens was causing a strain in my sight.
I contacted the customer service, and as usual, very responsive and fast, but they negleted that I return the frames and lenses to fix the defect.
Their website informed that it could return in 30 days, but I barely used for a week, and for issues related to the quality, which for me was very clear as a quality defect issue.
But lesson learnt, never will go back to this rubish!
