We stayed in 5 locations, The hotels selected were in very good locations. Only the hotel in Plitvice could have been better ….
The transfer services & guided were top notch … we had one issue while on the tour which was taken care of promptly by Go Real support team… overall a good experience…

The planning was truly customized to our needs and the team was in constant contact throughout the trip. Updates and reminders were constantly sent on WA. Above and beyond, the recommendations for restaurants and places to eat were spot on and wonderful!

✨ Adventure in Central Europe – September 2025 ✨

We just returned from an incredible 15-day journey through Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, and Kraków – traveling in comfort with first-class rail tickets and staying in centrally located hotels. Every stop gave us a taste of the people, history, culture, and cuisine that make Europe so unforgettable. Our private guides selected by Go Real Travel for us were outstanding – knowledgeable, passionate, and proud to share their countries with us. Go Real understood that wanted one tour in each town to give us the feel of each . They also knew we preferred to have those tours at our speed, two of us plus guide.

🇩🇪 BERLIN
• Saw the giant pandas (and 2019 panda cubs!) at the zoo
• Took in sweeping city views from the Television Tower and Bundestag Dome
• Visited Checkpoint Charlie, the Berlin Wall, Holocaust Memorial, Brandenburg Gate, and Reichstag
• Strolled Potsdamer Platz and Berlin’s oldest church, St. Mary’s

🇨🇿 PRAGUE
• Explored Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, and the Astronomical Clock
• Wandered the vibrant Central Markets
• Enjoyed an evening at Reduta Jazz Club – swing & jazz revival
• Met our local director Tyler who made Prague extra special

🇦🇹 VIENNA
• Culinary journey at Stefanie Restaurant: goulash, schnitzel, tafelspitz, and apple strudel
• Guided walk through Vienna’s Inner City
• Dinner at historic Café Central – where poets & philosophers once dined
• Side trip to Klosterneuburg Monastery with wine tasting and the lively Naschmarkt

🇭🇺 BUDAPEST
• Self-guided tour of St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, and the Great Market Hall
• Crossed the Chain Bridge connecting Buda & Pest
• Visited the Dohány Street Synagogue – largest in Europe, second largest in the world
• Coffee at historic Café Gerbeaud
• Small-world moment: met a couple who once lived in Apex, NC!

They arranged a driver to take us from Budapest to Krakow; there was not really a great option so we headed out and even stopped in Slovakia for lunch. Beautiful country.

🇵🇱 KRAKÓW
• Walking tour of Kraków’s historic center, Wawel Castle, and Jewish Quarter
• Powerful visits to Schindler’s Factory Museum and the Auschwitz concentration camp
• Toured the former Jewish ghetto memorial with 1,000 empty chairs – each symbolizing a lost life

💫 It was the perfect mix of history, food, culture, and unforgettable moments. We are so grateful for the warm hospitality everywhere we went and the memories we’ll carry with us forever.

A special shout-out to Go Real Travel for organizing everything so smoothly. Tyler was our go to person working with us throughout and especially to lay out the trip. Samia was always there to answer Operational questions. The app they provided worked seamlessly.

Go Real Travel gave expert advice on where to stay, transportation, must-see sights, and a real plan for a family trip of a lifetime. The staff are easy to communicate with, and their platform makes it easy to visualize your whole trip. I highly recommend using Go Real to plan your next trip.

Group tours are not for us. When we travel we want to pick our own experiences and spend as much or as little time as we would like at a particular site, museum, etc. What I don’t want to do is worry about selecting a hotel - is it decent, is it in a good part of town, etc. Go Real Travel is the perfect travel company for us. They selected and booked the hotels based on the type of vacation activities we were seeking. For us, that meant in the old city centers of Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. For each city we had a personal guided walking tour of the old town which was a wonderful introduction to the city. After that we had the itineraries and directions from Go Real Travel that were extremely helpful and detailed. But we didn’t have to follow them exactly as we would have had to do on a group tour - our days were ours to do as we pleased and adjust the itinerary as we wanted. For example they suggested going to Königssee in the morning and Berchtesgaden in the afternoon, but we fell in love with Konigssee and spent most of the day wandering the paths around the lake. Finally, the Go Real Europe team was responsive to what we wanted and made adjustments as requested. They also made suggestions on flights which was much appreciated. This was our second trip with Go Real Travel and we plan to use them again if we head off to one of the destinations they cover.

We booked our first trip to Italy with Go Real Travel, 5 cities; and the results went above and beyond our expectations. Mike and the Operations team are excellent, they thought of everything.
Hotels were located right at the centre of the cities, within walking distance to everything. Good hotels and they included hearty breakfast.
Fast trains between cities, Frecciarossa - we just had to show up with the ticket on our phones.
Public transportation - they purchased passes in advance for our stay, so easy and convenient.
Tours - amazing guides, we fell in love with each city through the guide description and explanation; and it gave us a great base to later explore on our own.
Communication - we had a few questions and a bit of emergency and the support team was available just a phone call away, no matter the hour.
We felt so safe, in control of our trip, and relaxed to enjoy Italy in all its beauty. Can't wait to go back.

This was our first time using Go Real Travel and we were not disappointed. We traveled from Slovenia to Croatia with side trips to Bosnia and Montenegro. We were delighted with the experience. From the beginning our travel agent listened to us and easily made adjustments to our itinerary. At the last minute, one of our tours became questionable in terms of being able to go. I don’t know what happened behind the scenes; however, Go Real Travel found a way to make the tour happen and we were thrilled. It was probably the highlight of our trip and we appreciate how hard they worked to make it happen. Communication was great. Our itinerary was very detailed. All of our transports were on time. It was really a flawless trip. We will definitely use Go Real Travel again!

Go Real Travel put quality time and thought into planning our family trip to Italy and Switzerland! We not only had an amazing time, but everything was laid out for us in our itinerary. The agent planned our trip accordingly to our destinations desired and most efficient travel time between cities. The hotels were excellent and having all of our tickets to activities, trains,transporters in advance was a huge help. Communication with travel agents was available to us 24/7 while we were traveling. I plan to use Go Real Travel for our next vacation!

This was our first trip to Europe and Go Real Travel made it so easy. The staff were extremely responsive to emails and so helpful with planning details of the trip. They helped arrange several additional guided tours that we wanted. The itinerary provided was extremely helpful and we referred to it everyday of our trip. The accommodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was planned out making the only thing we had to worry about was getting to all the sites.

This is the second trip Go Real Travel has planned for me in Europe. They take all of the time consuming burden of planning an itinerary, booking hotels, transfers and transit off my plate so I can manage my busy schedule and just look forward to the trip. They're professional and thorough and I especially love that they position my stays strategically so that I have access to as many of the activities and sites I want to see. Make sure you take advantage of the half day private guided tours in each city you visit. Those are priceless.
