Just finished a 16 day vacation that was designed by Martin Wagner @ Go Real Travel and assisted by Samantha Barbagallo. Had a great time. The private tours were terrific. The itinerary was superb. This is the second time that we have used Go Real and I highly recommend it for their organization, ideas and support.

When we traveled it was great to have someone there to take us to our accommodation and then help us on our way to the next location. We really loved the individual city tours on our first day. They really gave us excellent information and allowed full appreciation of the of the country and our own interests . Thank you

We had a great experience with Go Real Travel with planning our trip to Prague and Cesky Krumlov. Easy and frequent communication with our planning expert, great hotels and fast prompt answers to all of my questions. We really enjoyed our tour of Prague. We will certainly use them again when we plan another trip!

We are about to take our second trip using Go Real Travel, and I highly recommend them. We used them to plan our trip to Prague and Salzburg in 2016, and they really took the stress out of traveling.

They customize your itinerary based on your interests, preferences, and price range, handling all of the hotels, transportation, and guided tours ahead of time. All you have to do is get to the destination -- they even meet you at the airport.

I love that they do the planning but it's customized. We looked into some other tours and river cruises, but there was no flexibility. The alternative, planning it ourselves (which meant me doing all of it) was stressful and I always felt like I missed something that we would have loved but I didn't now about. Go Real Travel knows the areas so well. The hotels they chose were wonderful and well-located and within our price range. They added places to the itinerary we had never heard of and would have missed, like a day trip Karlstejn Castle and a night in Cesky Krumlov, a small village between Prague and Salzburg that is a hidden treasure. The itinerary includes guided walking tours reserved ahead of time, and also self-guided walks with literal step-by-step instructions.

And they are very accessible during the trip. We ran into an issue that delayed our trip by a day literally the day we were supposed to leave. Martin handled all the reservations, moving everything back a day and did other rearrangements.

We're currently planning a trip to Rome and Florence. The itinerary they've put together is perfection, with the added bonus of tips on how to avoid long queues as much as possible in Italy in June, and a side trip to Bologna. We can't wait.

Our trip to Prague and Cesky Krumlov was a joyous trip thanks to Go Real Travel. Every transfer, the hotels and tours were outstanding. Marie and Tom in Prague were wonderful and very knowledgeable of Prague. We loved Cesky Krumlov and deciding to go in the Autumn was the best advice we took as it wasn't quite as busy! Our consultant did a great job with communication and addressed all our concerns and questions. Look forward to our next trip with you in the future!

The package they put together for us was excellent. The itinerary guide was detailed and thorough. The personal guides were always prompt, knowledgable and very likable. So much better than going with a group of other travelers. They recommended another city than the one we originally chose, and we loved it! They found out our specific interests and really provided great results. I recommended them to my friend, and she was equally happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour by Go Real Travel. It was well planned within our budget. Our hotels were great and easy walking to all activities. The private walking tour in each city helped us to navigate when we were on our own and all guides were extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.
Samantha planned excursions that truly matched our interests. She was even available when we thought we wanted to make a change mid trip. The full itinerary was very specific and we had no problem taking trains, buses or walking to landmarks.
I highly recommend Go Real Travel and especially Samantha.

Incredible service along with in-depth knowledge made our trip absolutely remarkable

Our first time using Go Real Europe was very positive and we would recommend them to others. The tour booklet provided us prior to departure was very helpful. And the ground transportation was flawless. We typically do not use a service provider like Go Real Europe and book everything ourselves so this was a departure for us. But it became very useful to us when our train was delayed due to obstruction of the track. I made 1 simple call to Go Real Europe to alert them to our delay and they handled everything for us - including private shuttle to hotel and notification to hotel of our delay. it was a great piece of mind.

This company ruined our trip to Europe. Overpriced, hotels were sub-par, the arrangements were unmanageable, the customer service was unresponsive and the whole, overall experience was horrid!!

December in Croatia was absolutely beautiful. The stops were Zagreb, which was on my bucket list due the the Christmas market being the oldest Christmas market in Europe, Plitvice Lakes and then Dubrovnik. All together I was in contact with 2 different travel agents from beginning to end and both of them were amazing. At first I was wanting to go on this grand Christmas market tour in Eastern EU that involved 3 countries and Justin talked me into just visiting one country. I was reluctant at first but I am so glad that I took his advice, Croatia is so beautiful it deserved all of my time. There was one mishap at the Plitvice National park where they do not allow anyone in the lakes after 2pm but that was an unforeseen step that the travel company had no way of knowing when I booked the trip in June. The continental breakfast at all of the hotels was absolutely delicious. There is nothing like it offered in the states. Another bonus was visiting Dubrovnik during the off season. There were still tourists in the city but you weren't elbow to elbow. It was so that we were able to enjoy the entire city and I didn't have to worry about my toddler being lost in the crowds. I highly recommend the Croatia and using Go Real Travel, I will be using them in the future for other vacation needs.

Due to the outbreak of the virus, we have had to cancel our holiday plans due to travel advisory restrictions and have written in to the company with no response whatsoever, we have effectively lost $3,900. If I can give them a zero rating I would!

Gets a 1 because I can't give it a zero. Stole $6000 from us and "went out of business". They just decided to keep everyone's money with no refunds. No response from company at all.

This company has ceased operation! Where is the money for prepaid tours etc? Wonder if this company had any insurance to cover this type of action?

Is anyone else having trouble getting a response from this organization as soon as the virus hit. I have a deposit and can't get any response. My agent seems to be no longer there, their social media accounts are shut down. This is TERRIBLE Customer experience that at the first travel challenge they pack up and take all deposits.

Received email from David Manley CEO, dated 3/6/20 company ceasing operations. Needless to say, this was a surprise.

Lots of insight into travel suggestions and modifying itinerary based on needs and desires. My travel agent was Abbi Dilimi, and he was extremely helpful answering all my questions and responding in a timely matter.

The trip was great! Rita with Go Real planned everything out for me and with a few phone calls we were able to finalize our itinerary. My family and I were quite picky and indecisive with our itinerary so her patience as well as her teammates patience while she was on vacation was greatly appreciated! The trip went smoothly - we had a small hiccup with a transfer but it was resolved quickly and I was happy with the result and greatly appreciated the customer service. The hotels we stayed at were nice - they were three stars but still great locations and very comfortable. We enjoyed every single thing on our itinerary - even items that required us to explore on our own were well worth it and the detailed instructions helped greatly. This was my first time booking with Go real and I'll definitely book again. It took away all the stress of planning a trip and I felt at ease knowing the person planning my trip was knowledgeable about everything being planned. Looking forward to me next trip!

Lovely trip. A few hiccups but nothing that could be solved. Shout out to Rosemary for being extremely helpful even during the trip.

Anna and Myles were very thorough and ensured we had everything needed for a custom trip. Every detail was clear and we were able to navigate both cities like locals. Will be working with GoReal in the future!
