Very fast and reliable service im using Go viral host since 3 years and my domain is ammonline.in regularly hosting on their platform i never face any issue and problem in fact Thier tech and customer support team is very knowledgeable they solve small issue themselves.

I thought everything was working fine until I asked a mildly technical issue to be improved (nothing special or over-complicated).

For 3 days no-one was answering.

After several more emails someone did. Their solution? To erase the Entire server and move me to a different one.

In the process I lost all info(!!!) except my older backup. After that my site was inaccessible for 12 hours.

When I replied back to complain they instantly erased my site, my cpanel and EVEN MY account where I held the domain (and all other information).
Thankfully I was just starting on a trial basis so not much loss (My advice: Never trust hosts and pay as little as possible).

To put it simply: They don't even know what they are doing. Completely technically uneducated, aggressive and will erase your site and everything else for the slightest reason if they get angry with your requests.
