DO NOT BUY FROM this Chinese company

DO NOT BUY FROM this Chinese company. It is a lie that they are American.
heated vests were ordered. took 6 weeks from China.
did not included the batteries for the vests??? no mention of this in the description of the product.
I purchased under a BOGO offer with 30-day money back "guarantee" and free returns. NOT TRUE!
Because I purchased a bogo offer, they would only refund 1/2 my money????
And I was responsible for the return cost.
the customer service number is disconnected...shocker. Here is what they emailed me in response.

As mentioned in the previous email, you will be refunded $75 for Buy One Get One free order as the The free vest cannot be refunded as it is a free item. Only the purchased item, valued at $75, is eligible for a refund.
What a joke! lastly, they are a Chinese company don't be fooled. the return address is in China and the poor English of their emails is a dead giveaway.

Viagem a Monte Shasta saindo e retornando a São Francisco.

Minha experiência foi ótima em todos os sentidos. A motorista que nos atendeu, Alessandra, é super eficiente, dirige muito bem, segura e muito amigável. Pegamos chuva na estrada e lugares de acesso difícil, mas a experiente motorista nos atendeu em tudo!
Além disso, a van onde viajávamos era nova, super limpa e a Alessandra cuidava de sua manutenção todos os dias. A viagem começou em 17/08, saindo de São Francisco para Monte Shasta, onde saímos todos os dias na Van para irmos aos lugares definidos em toda a cidade e arredores. E retornamos a São Francisco em 24/08/24, parada final.

Atendimento maravilhoso

Atendimento maravilhoso, sempre dispostos a alterar a programação devido as condições climáticas, ônibus novinho e a querida Alessandra Kurzhals nos conduzindo com muito cuidado e carinho!

You send us the BEST driver!!!!

The Driver was wonderfully helpful. She is smart, savy and pontual. She made our trip enjoyable and I felt secure in her hands.
