Received the wrong shoes and use a discount code for a lesser price and now have to wait two weeks for the refund. There was no way to get the correct shoes sent out only a refund. So I lost out on the one time discount code and the money for the three weeks counting the original shipping time with the refund process. Update; was contacted by customer service and they assisted me with the refund process and provided additional credit for my time and prior discount. I reordered the same shoes at a better discount and free shipping. The contact process was a bit drawn out but once customer service was working the issue it was resolved fairly quickly. Would recommend GOVX to anyone.

Great product with a great discount through govx.

I can find the tracking number in my email. I think my package is lost. The site originally had a delivery of 5-31 has yet to be updated. It is now 6-4 and no updates. I have timed out multiple times with the site. I can't find a contact number to call about the package.

I have no idea about the products but the howling people on the adds are more than annoying.

Military spouses are worth nothing as usual. Nothing left for them to take away from us, ie.dental eye. This site makes it just as hard as Negseth. I'm sure he care nothing about retired military or there spouses who suffered along side of them through their military diseases they died from. What the he'll would he know.

TRIED to sign up. My information would not verify my service. So I uploaded my DD214 with SS covered. Now on to password creation. Instructions say 8 characters with one capital letter and one digit required. D897445? was rejected. D89*7445? was rejected. D89*74/45? was rejected. I TRIED sending an email giving above information and decided to again include my DD214. The upload process was not complete in 10 minutes, so I backed out

Booked a hotel through the site and it was cancelled right out from underneath me with no explanation/rhyme or reason. GovX did absolutely nothing to assist me with another reservation and my daughters sweet 16 weekend was ruined. Don't believe the hype about supporting First Responders, it's all a crock of BS. "Customer Support" was a joke. Steer Clear first responders, you work too hard for this non-sense.

Great prices and they are responsive and seem customer oriented. Shipping in this case was a little slow.

This is my second knife purchase with GOVX and everything is just smooth. I'm very happy with low pricing and timely deliveries.

Discounts are underwhelming. Tried getting my hero discount as they call it on Margaritaville cruise. For the room I wanted it cost about 400 dollars more booking with GovX versus just calling the cruise line and booking directly

Navigating GovX was easy. Checking out was easy. However after I confirmed and placed my order I went to REI.com. and saw that what I actually saved was completely wiped away with the delivery fee. I could have bought the exact same items at the store, walked out with the items, wait for delivery and paid exactly what I just paid. I have bought from GovX.com before and had good savings. This experience will cause me to look at other sites and in person.

GovX delivered quickly with a good price on the socks. I give the socks a 4 star, they are ok but not as good as Smart Wool socks.

This can be a useful site to source some products, but, SHOP AROUND. If you have a problem, there is nobody to talk to. Form letter responses, weird English. I smell India.

I ordered 3 pairs of smartwool socks and the discount was maybe $1 or $2 saved per pair with the “discount” after shipping costs. I ordered XL for all 3 pairs, I received all SMALLS. I messaged them asking for exchange, they said they can’t complete exchanges. I said well you guys got the order wrong, I didn’t make a mistake by pressing SMALL, they made the mistake, not me. They said all they can do is have me send them back and send me refund for my money. So, I was mad, but went to the post office and sent the socks back. I got the refund, BUT they didn’t refund me the shipping cost, just the socks money… so, all in all, I LOST MONEY AND TIME ORDERING THROUGH GOVX. Needless to say, I have no trust in their process and will not order thru them again and will keep writing negative things about them all over social media if I see them pop up. Thank you for your time and hope this helps someone.

Update 6/3/26: after making a 1 star review, the company reached out… Addie helped me in an above and beyond way. They refunded my shipping, and they redid the order. The order came and it again was all smalls. They said it was a mix up on their site saying XL were listed as smalls for inventory. They let me keep the socks for my wife and have credited me money to my GOVX acct for future purchases. They also ended up finding 2 pairs of XL left of the socks I wanted and sent them to me. So, Addie has definitely went above and beyond in helping resolve this matter. I hope it never happens again and wish or hope it changes their process so that a bad review isn’t the reason they finally got the ball rolling on my issue. Thanks for the help, I appreciated it!

Great prices, fast shipping, and good customer service!

Should be allow to cancel an order placed within the last 10 minutes. I got a better deal directly from the manufacturer because they did not charge me shipping, they also let me use a promo discount and a $10 reward point credit which brought my total $10 less than through govx. Now I will just have to wait until the govx order arrives and submit a return for a refund. As I went ahead and placed a duplicate order directly from the manufacturer because of the lower price.

I had trouble at checkout. I finally got it to work after several trys. But all in all it was good. I sent in a ticket about my issue but haven't heard back. This stop any other purchases in the future. There isn't many business's that offer military and first responders only .
