Well I've had an account for 4 years. Made an order and recieved a confirmation of it through my email as usual.
5 days later checking in the website it states canceled. In the website only - a case was created to verify my identity and govt employee status. No email about this. Never had to verify these before with orders.
I certainly didn't expect to going on previous orders and an activated account. That's why I created the account in the first place.
So no window of time was given to me to reply, and no effort to contact me either. Just canceled.
It also says I can go ahead and re order the item and reply in the case they created through the site. Funny tho, the item is no longer available.
It really feels like a mistake had been made on their site of the equation and the company used indirect tactics to void the order instead of honoring it.

Tried to assist my Father to sign up for GOVX. He is a former Marine Corps officer. He served 2 tours in Vietnam and is a Bronze Star recipient. We entered his email and immediantly received a "cannot verify" message. Why?

Super slow to ship item...4 days and no tracking or any other information
If item is in stock, why so long to ship??

No one has addressed the issue of my first order where I didn’t receive my Marino socks, five pair of them or any acknowledgment that they received these texts I’ve sent. I did track it with the shipper, and the shipper had returned to sender because I was having trouble with the people at the front desk that’s why the next-door I used a different address so my son would make sure he got them and I wouldn’t have this hassle

I purchased another pair of Oakley Sunglasses for my other vehicle.. found my sunglasses I currently have, but I think I reorderd the same pair.. hopefully, but not sure.
The only thing I wish, that I was able to see what item I purchased in the past, just in case I would like to buy that item again..

So far this has been a very irritating experience. I have been waiting on my membership to be approved for 4-5 days, with no reply or help. I have emailed their help/support and a ticket has been created where I am essentially talking to myself and the customer representative that created the ticket is not replying or sending me any feedback. Is this how our service people and front line workers should be treated?

Received the wrong shoes and use a discount code for a lesser price and now have to wait two weeks for the refund. There was no way to get the correct shoes sent out only a refund. So I lost out on the one time discount code and the money for the three weeks counting the original shipping time with the refund process. Update; was contacted by customer service and they assisted me with the refund process and provided additional credit for my time and prior discount. I reordered the same shoes at a better discount and free shipping. The contact process was a bit drawn out but once customer service was working the issue it was resolved fairly quickly. Would recommend GOVX to anyone.
