My order was in the cart. Multiple methods of payment were all refused. Shipping was FREE after multiple tries to order and pay. After a payment method FINALLY goes thru shipping was changed to $7.95. Order number 5900407. W H Y ???

8/6/2026 Update:

I received a call from GovX Support yesterday regarding this matter. After reviewing the relevant correspondence, they determined that my account had been banned in error. The representative also explained that GovX will use this experience to improve its processes in an effort to help prevent similar issues in the future.

I sincerely commend GovX for promptly restoring my account and for going above and beyond to repair our customer relationship. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness, and I’m relieved that this matter has been resolved.

I’d also like to extend my sincere thanks to GovX’s CFO for personally taking the time to review this situation, and to Addie from the Support team for her dedication in bringing it to a resolution. I genuinely appreciate your efforts and am grateful to you both.

I’d give GovX zero stars if I could.

I’m an avid outdoorsman, and my wife and I enjoy camping and backpacking with our family of five, including our two teenagers. I’ve previously purchased three Yeti coolers through GovX without any issues.

I had been shopping for lightweight backpacking tents and found a great deal on the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 Bikepack tents. Since I was buying one for each member of my family, I ordered five.

A few days later, I checked my order status and discovered it had been canceled without any notification. When I contacted customer support, I received conflicting explanations. One representative said there wasn’t enough inventory and suggested I save my invoice so they could try to honor the price later. Another told me Big Agnes canceled the order because they believed the quantity was too large for personal use. I explained the tents were for my immediate family, but they dismissed my explanation and closed the ticket.

About a week later, GovX offered a similar deal on the UL3 model. I ordered three, then purchased a fourth as a backup in case one was damaged. Those four tents shipped without issue and are used for family camping trips when we’re not backpacking.

A couple of months later, the UL2 tents became available again. Following GovX’s earlier advice, I contacted support to see if they would honor the original price. This time they told me to contact Big Agnes directly.

Big Agnes initially repeated that the quantity exceeded what they considered personal use. After I explained the purchase was for my family, I was eventually told the real reason: the original listing had been a pricing error, and they would not honor it. The explanations kept changing, and the experience was frustrating.

Afterward, I replied to my open GovX support ticket expressing my disappointment that neither GovX nor Big Agnes would honor the advertised price.

A few weeks later, I received a promotional text from GovX. When I tried to log in, my account would only display an endless loading screen. I cleared my browser data, tried different browsers and devices, and confirmed with another veteran that the site worked on their account but not mine.

After four days, support simply told me to clear my cookies again. When that didn’t work, I sent a screen recording. Their response was that my account had been banned for “attempting to circumvent the user agreement multiple times” and for a “negative interaction” with their brand partner.

I asked them to identify exactly how I violated the user agreement, since purchasing items for myself and my immediate family is explicitly permitted. I even uploaded a photo of the four tents I received with a handwritten date to demonstrate they were being used by my family and had not been resold.

Instead of providing any evidence that I violated their policies, GovX permanently banned my account. Based on my experience, they punished a long-time customer for making legitimate purchases for his family and for questioning inconsistent explanations from customer service and their brand partner. I won’t be shopping with GovX again, and I can’t recommend them.

Jax process my order charge my card and then waited three days to tell me they needed more information. Why would you charge my card charge me for items and then wait three days after I’m expecting to receive my products to tell me that you need more information. Why what’s that information asked for in the beginning of the purchase.

Now almost a week later, and after this review they shipped my items UPS ground. No intention to set the this in the right direction….

They could have apologized and expedited shipping, but now they want to reach out and talk about it. Day late and a dollar short GOVX. Should have had a better response sooner.

Can’t take back the experience. Review stands the way it is.

Got hacked and You guys letting people shipped to other address which is not even authorized.

Fraudulent. On website for hotel room price quoted all fees included and then in small print without amount stated it said plus tax and only after they had charged me and was non refundable they added $40 tax. Moreover, booking directly through hotel was $100 less. Spent more than half an hour with customer service who were useless and eventually I gave up. Never again. Do not use!

You did not accept the document uploaded and requested I upload another document. When I tried to upload the DD-214 I found after hours of searching I was not able to upload.

I am Veteran and decided to order from Govx received the product and we discovered I ordered the wrong width. I sent an email as requested to help@ govx.com after 6 days no reply for assistance with an exchange. I sent a follow up email still no reply. The 800# they have listed is a joke no one answer it just points you back to their website. They need better Customer Service Support to assist their Customer's.

The shipping was to expensive.... then were prompted to buy a t-shirt to get free shipping ... I just spent over $220 that should be shipped for FREE.

I ordered Birkenstock shoes and they took about a week in a half to receive finally arrived and they were the wrong size that was my bad, anyhow I reached out and they sent a return slip they let me know by email they received the item and are issuing a refund!
Problem is they never refunded the money and don’t respond to emails nor does their site properly work to reach them only emails seam to work! No phone number to call either.

Nothing new, GOVX has always been consistent with competitive pricing, and great customer service..... As always, thanks, guys and gals!

If I could give zero stars I would. They delete all the bad reviews.
They are scammers. I have tried to call. No business number. I have tried to email. No one responds. I’ve created cases and filed on their website for someone to email me for help. No response. I have tried to get my money back for over a week. I ordered one thing got charged double and now I have to dispute it through my bank because they will not give me my money back. This is worse than not retuning an item. This is being charged double and not receiving item and not getting my money back. Horrid experience. Never again.
This is suppose to be for ACTIVE DUTY AND VETERANS.
They do NOT CARE. They treat you worse than a regular civilian. They treat you like a money sign. That’s all they want. They don’t want customers supporting their business they just want your money.

The website was easy to navigate and use.

This is a great cooler. It performs exceptionally well. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the EZ zipper is anything but easy, regardless of how well lubed it is.

Best price around easy ordering

Shipping address defaulted to an old address that hasn’t been used in years. I immediately contacted customer Service yet part of the order was shipped anyway a couple days later. GOVX you need to do better! Needless to say very disappointing.

First time to use govx. Seemed pretty easy to use and price for what bought was cheaper that anywhere else I looked

I did not know there was a shipping costs. I’ll return my items and discontinue my membership. The “benefits were/are misleading.
