GOVX Reviews

I got a very good deal on something I’ve always wanted. I bought a thermal scope. An AGM Rattler 35-384. The price was unbeatable!!
I have never asked for anything from my 6 yrs in the Marine Corps or 20+ as a Road Deputy. I don’t take free meals on Veterans Day or anything else. I try to remain solemn. I do so for the ones who didn’t come back and their families. I have lost a brother next to me.

But, it means a lot to me to be able to get a few dollars off an item that otherwise wouldn’t take from anyone else.
I very much appreciate what GOVX does and those companies who support us.
So thank you!

Exactly what I was looking for at a discount.

Their selection is vast and prices are fair. Service is very professional and quick.

GovX is more than just a brand—it’s a brand that truly understands and supports military members and their families. Thank you for thinking about our budgets, valuing our service, and giving us the peace of mind of knowing that we can access quality products at prices we can afford. Your support means more than you know. 🇺🇸🫡

Had everything I needed and at awesome prices!

Great products from reputable company's at a discounted price.

Fantastic optic that has a combat proven record

I placed an order with GOVX, I decided to cancel the order within an hour of placing it. There is no way to contact anyone directly. I sent numerous emails and filed help tickets. No answer for over 4 days at which time I received a response the item just shipped. I have contacted them to send a return label in which they intend to charge me for shipping both ways. As of 6 days I have not received any responses or notifications they are sending me a return label. This company acts like a scam operation. I’d stay far away, great commercials that scam govt employees…

Fast delivery and easy return. Returning because of my error, merchandise was perfect, just ordered the wrong size. Great price.

Just placed my order for an Athlon BTR Gen 2 APRS6 IR MIL rifle scope that matches all my requirements and is at a bargain basement price. Ordering itself was quick and straightforward. Communication with GOVX post order has been quick and relevant. I'm adding GOVX to my list of preferred vendors.

Timely communiction and great customer assistance allowed me to complete my order.

UPDATE TO GOVX:
After months and months of trying to get this resolved, GOVX finally came through! They’d tried to reach me via phone and I was able to find that call and return it.

For the first several tries, it wouldn’t even go through. Got cut off just a few rings in. Finally, someone picked up the phone!

They knew my case and they assisted me with getting the return accomplished. I sent it via UPS back to Athlon.

That cost me $100. I think GOVX should give me a $100 gift card, after all the months I spent trying to get my problem resolved, but whatever.

I’ve still not heard anything from Athlon. I sent the sight out about four days ago. We’ll see.

But GOVX has definitely risen in my view.

They still need to work out a better way for customers to reach them and to be more proactive in responding to customer complaints. They need a real toll free phone number that will actually be manned by someone at least during business hours and a VM that’s 24hrs and will be reviewed every working day.
