Order was ready at Ellon on a trolley for me when i arrived. A little confusion in that no confirmation email to say it was ready and the guy that phoned didn't leave a message, so when i phoned to see who was calling, i was put through to Inverurie & nobody knew who it was! Nobody able to help me move the heavy trolley but i managed through the snow & ice thankfully.

First time order from the website, was simple to use and the service was just as good as the first time dealing in person with GPH. Added bonus was the discount for online order. A great local company that delivers in many ways.

We would have given five stars, but the Westhill site has the most awkward access. Parking is difficult if not a bit dangerous.

Delivery on time although the packaging had been damp and therefore soft.
