Having coaches has made the recruiting process feel much less isolating and exhausting. They are always available to answer questions and help ease anxiety around interviews.

A lot of the value came early on through resume improvements, LinkedIn guidance, and clear daily goals and targets. I’ve also found their approach to identifying bottlenecks in the recruiting process really helpful; it has made it easier not to get discouraged when something isn’t working.

I think you get out of the program what you put into it. I haven’t always been perfectly consistent with my daily targets, but when I was, I landed an interview with a company I previously hadn’t had the opportunity to speak with.

And Eric is really helpful with any sort of interview questions and ensuring you feel prepared and supported for any type of SWE interview.
