This company should change its name to "fake leather made in a Chinese factory." Not "Grace." What a rip-off. I am trying to return these bags (because they refused to stop the shipment) and surprise, surprise, NO ONE is getting back to me. Run, do not walk, away from this scam company. Your credit card may be able to get you a refund
This is my 2nd review which I'm writing as a follow-up. My credit card was able to get the charges reversed. I encourage anyone to try that route, as this company will only offer to refund a fraction of the item cost and you have to ship it back to China on your dime (up to $50 from the states). Their response was just more of their bull. Good luck all and safe shopping!!

If I could put a minus star, it would be 100 negative stars for this company. Not only do they deliver a cheap plastic item, but it smells terrible to the point where you can’t use it. Then when I try to return it, after nine emails, still no response. Beware this is a total scam with China written all over it. It’s not even worth the 80% off.

Grace Bags Fraudulent Scam
This is an Asian Scam site. Grace in picture doesn’t exist, this is not going out of business, bags are vinyl and machine made. No customer service. Shipping back to Asia is cost prohibitive. I tried to file claim with PayPal but they denied saying it had been too long. I had been trying to get response from company but when I saw Scam Alert on Facebook, I realized I had been scammed.

I have received delivery of the Lena Retro Crossbody Bags and your Zoe Enduring Elegance Bags and am outraged.
The products are mis-sold as high quality leather, hand crafted by Grace in her workshop before she retires.
They are nothing more than cheap plastic trash from China. You could find better quality in a Pound Store. My husband says he would not even give them to a charity store.
I have taken a screenshot of the online description of the Zoe Bag which I will be reporting to Trading Standards
(Having since read other reviews, it appears I am not alone. I just wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchases).
This is a scam company and the products are a disgrace.
These were supposed to be Xmas presents, but I would be too embarrassed to offer them as a gift.
I will not be spending another penny on pursuing this, but I would expect a full refund and a free returns service.
I imagine I will get the same AI reply other reviewers have received.
I have learnt a lesson not to make online purchases from previously unknown companies.

I too was taken in by the pictures on the website of a lady (apparently Grace) , saying she had over 30 years experience in handcrafting fine leather goods so I ordered a leather bag. It’s a scam!!! The products are cheap plastic, mass produced in some Chinese factory and they feel and smell horrible. I have seen in their replies to reviews that they use something called PU leather, for “ethical” reasons but it is not ethical to cheat your customers!! When you try to return it and get a refund they say you have to pay for the return which could cost up to $40!!! This whole operation is a complete SCAM

I paid for and ordered three bags- a red one, a black one and a Nicole brown bag. I only received the red and black. The black one looks like a cheap plastic grocery bag. The red one is okay but definitely NOT leather. I have waited months to receive the brown one. I have written to their web email address several times and have received zero response. I’ve never been so blatantly ripped off from any other vender. Shame on you, “grace”

The bag was advertised as genuine leather. It is cheap plastic. Their Facebook ad was quite convincing—I fell for it—and there was no way to cancel the order. They outright lied about the merchandise and made it difficult and expensive and exhausting to return the junk with no guarantee of a refund. I feel stupid and angry and wish to warn others not to purchase anything from Grace Bags.

This is a sham company, I wish I read the negative reviews (which were not on their website) before I bought one bag which took a long time to deliver. The quality is not what was marketed. I should have known better when communication was obscure and they kept sending constant promotions to buy more bags before my order was delivered.

This is one of those phones Chinese websites that make you think this is either a local or US company but really their products are made in China and if you are not satisfied to get your refund you have to send it back to China at your cost. When you contact them they tell you BS that the company is in Italy and they work with other suppliers but the quality of the products would make an Italian weep. They are sub par quality On the site they also, claim they are closing up their years of running this little business that is why the prices are being discounted. I am sure the pictures of the so called Grace are from stock photos used. to build sites. There are many companies out there like this. ALWAYS CHECK THE RETURN POLICY AND SEE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN AT YOUR COST AND WHERE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT.
