Got 2 leather bags from Grace’s bags - the woven bag and the minimalist bag. My only comment is that I didn’t expect the inner lining of the minimalist bag to be made of what seems to be cheap plastic material, making a bothersome squishy sound with every movement - something like a cloth lining would be a lot better. This made me feel that the bags did not even pass QA. Lastly, I just hoped there was more effort put towards the quality of the bags inasmuch as the effort done with marketing.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company! If only I had come to trustpilot BEFORE I purchased some bags from grace-bags.com. They ARE NOT leather and they come from China. They reek of formaldehyde. I won't even donate them to Goodwill, they're that bad.
I'd like to add to my complaint that I purchased these bags via PAYPAL, assuming that if there was a problem I could get my money back. BUT PAYPAL refused to give me my money back. They said there was no way for me to prove that the bags were NOT leather. I was dumbfounded! I will be cutting ties with PAYPAL!!!!!

I was under the impression that I would…
I was under the impression that I would receive 2 storage bags along with purchasing 2 bags, but only received 1. However, what I was most disappointed in was that the bags are of poor quality and definitely was not what was advertised, They are not leather. I will definitely report it to the FTC.

Update: my bags have arrived and I would like to say that they are fabulous. OK they took around 20 days to arrive but the quality and texture are fabulous. I am so glad that I didn't cancel the order.
I like many others on this site wish I had read the reviews. I thought it was a legitimate company in the UK but have now found out it is based in China. I ordered two bags in November and still have yet to receive them. Looks like I have wasted £100 - doubt I will get a refund.

I did not receive one of my orders, yet you have marked it received. I think your company should be the one to track it not me. I have received 3 of 4 purchases and I’m very satisfied. They are very nice and I’m sure I’ll enjoy them for many years. As of today, I am waiting for 2 more items that I hope I receive without any problems.
I have been in touch with your employee, Janice, who apologize for giving me the incorrect tracking # but she stated she was unable to track. I am also annoyed that I cannot speak to her. I am so upset that you do not have a customer service with phone #.
I have purchased 6 bags from you so I feel I should receive service from your company and not pass the problem on the consumer.

Update-I would still give it zero stars if that was possible. They have told me that they would give me a 60% refund like some others on here have gotten, but so far they haven’t come through. When I wrote a review on here, I did get a response from them, so here goes. Follow through with what you said and end this. I would advise all to contact your credit card and speak to them about a refund because of fraud which is what I am about to do unless Grace Bags wants to come through with the refund. If that will happen, I will leave it alone because I am tired of dealing with this. Buyers beware!
New update and this seems to be how I am getting any action-I have been offered $10 added to my account. Refusing that. Hey Grace Bags-you offered 60% refund. Do it!
UNFORTUNATELY the only way I get a response from Grace Bags is if I posted on here, so in my last email to them I requested that they honor the 60% refund that they offered. Since then, they have said the chargeback dispute from my credit card was open-I sent evidence that it is not. They also claimed that this would take time. Yeah, right. I have requested that they do it ASAP or I will go back to my credit card and get it fully refunded because they have not honored their part of resolution. So now I am waiting for the response that I get here and then an email. All I want to charge my credit back the refund and be done. Do not deal with these people because they will not resolve this in a timely manner or I will see if ever.Do the right thing, Grace Bags.

I received my bags today and opened it immediately. I was met by the smell of leather, which I love. The purses are perfect!! I transferred the contents of my old purse immediately. This is the perfect size for me. I’m 76 and can’t carry big bags per doctor’s orders. But small bags don’t carry enough. I have never had such beautiful bags !

I ordered a genuine leather bad as advertised on their website, I have screen shots of it. I received a fake leather bag. This company is fraudulent, claiming to be a small family business operating out of the US, but their warehouse/ production is in China and their financing is in the Netherlands. How can a "small family business" afford operations like this? Return shipping would cost me $40 to $60, returning something I did not order. Reporting them to my bank as fraud charge as they do not want to reimburse. Reporting them also the BBB and the Attorney General in Massachusetts.
EDIT: I finally filed a fraud claim with my bank and got my money back.

NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE da GRACE’S BAGS
Ho acquistato anche io 2 borse vendute come vera pelle e mi sono arrivate 2 borse in plastica e con un cattivo odore. Ne trovate di simili in un negozio cinese ad un prezzo decisamente inferiore (il venditore è cinese anche se non è scritto da nessuna parte). Ho aperto una contestazione su PayPal che non mi ha protetto in modo adeguato, infatti pur dimostrando che il prodotto ricevuto non era assolutamente conforme a quanto pubblicizzato, ho dovuto inviare a mie spese il prodotto in Cina. Sono stata contatta dal venditore che fingendo di voler risolvere non solo non vuole restituirmi il costo della spedizione- pur essendo a carico loro PER LEGGE perché non conforme a quanto comprato- ma mi ha preso pure in giro dicendo che la loro era una scelta ecologica: me lo devi dire prima non dopo che ho comprato!!!!
Cmq quanto prima farò denuncia perché ci sono tutti gli estremi per una truffa. NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE da GRACE’S BAGS

Company deserves 0 stars!
This company does not even deserve 1 star. I received two bags both with broken zipper and on top of that they are fake plaster pleather bags not leather as advertised. There return policy is non exist. Offing me 15% of my money which amount to less then $10.oo. I never recived a dime back from this company. They gave me an option to return but I would have ship it back to China and it would cost me more money to ship it back. They would not issue a replacement bag unless I bought it on there website. That's nuts. They were just trying to make me buy more bags. I am done being scammed. Do not buy from this company. Don't believe any positive reviews. I must have emailed them 10 times with no results. Horrible Horrible company.

Bad Bad Experience!!!!!
I contacted the Company 2 wondering if I would ever get my Purse! Then to find out it is a Scam! After I called Paypal and they notifyed the Seller and guess what 6 days later! I get the Bag and is to Small for my needs! I contact again to no avail! Will respond in 24-48 Hours nothing! I took the purse to the Post Office and sent it back to Coppell, Texas! Paypal is aware of all of this! I paid for the purse to be signed for! I will contact Paypal when i see it has been signed for as well! I bet Grace is not even a real person! Very Disappointed in this company and I need my money refunded!
