I ordered “Sophia’s soft elegance” bag…
I ordered “Sophia’s soft elegance” bag and from the catalog photo it shows 3 zippered pockets varying in size. The front two have a lining (plastic) but the last, and largest pocket has no lining because it is attached to the to the middle pocket lining. That eliminates what I thought would be a good size for my wallet, keys, etc. I can either return it (and the reviews on this are negative) or I can fix it myself. This is my second order from Grace Bags and I knew after my first bag that this wasn’t “high quality leather” but it served my purpose at the time. I won’t order again.

Frustrated customer
This company, Grace Bags, is receiving 1 star only because I received my two purses. The two purses were not what I expected as I should have checked the dimensions instead of going by the picture. The quality was not what I expected as well. I ordered because the website appears to be so friendly and says that they want their customers to be satisfied and they will honor all returns. All I wanted was to return the two bags and get one that I will actually use. I have e-mailed the address given three times, I have tried responding to
promotional e-mails that are sent to me daily and I googled how to return purses to your site and I have not heard back from anyone. I have far exceeded my 30 day return policy (not my fault) and my son is going to try to sell the bags for me on-line in hopes to get some of the money back that I lost. I will be unsubscribing to your site and I hope people are smarter than I was and read the reviews before purchasing your products. It's obvious that you have no customer service and do not accept any returns!

Not as supple as pictures make it to look.
Thought this was a USA product, but it’s coming from China. If that’s Grace in those pictures it’s deceptive.

Can't be more pleased with my bags
I am pleased with my three bags and my wallet. I am so glad I came across your website. The bags are just what you said they would be, and I am sure I will never even look at another leather bag!! Now, I do have two issues that I would like to mention. The first is that you do not have your name or initials anywhere on the bags! I am sure you are proud of them. So why not? The second is I don't like the lining in the bags too "Noisy" sounds like paper. The bags are so soft but the linings are not. I don't mean this to sound bad, but even cheap bags have better linings. I love the bags and I love you for putting your heart and soul into making them. As you close the door to the bag-making, I hope the new one you open will be filled with fun and surprises.

Loved color for the brown bag
Loved color for the brown bag - I can tell will age well. The burgandy bag was a tad disappointing in color and the sholder strap was a bit narrow.

Dream gift or nightmare?
First, if your story is true, I commend you for beginning your craft 34 years ago. I now wonder what happened. Seeing the bags advertised, they appeared to be genuine, not PU, leather. The bag I ordered stood on its own, something impossible in reality. So, I must scold myself. I didn't read reviews until I received my purchases, and with great dismay. I will not write a barrage of complaints. You have read them before. Frankly, I want a total or a partial refund. I also do not intend to exchange a multitude of emails about this matter. Please reply within the next few weeks rather than ignore my request. Your actions somewhat determine my next steps. I truly wish this had been a quality product, but, as you well know, instead of your dream becoming a gift to others, it became a nightmare for those who trusted you. Might you reconsider your actions? The world needs honesty and kindness, perhaps as never before. At this moment, despite claiming so to previous criticisms, your advertising is not honest.

Communication is not very good
Communication is not very good. I got confusing emails and still know nothing of my second order. The purse is nice and soft but I’m anticipating the delivery of my two wallets.. be nice to get before Christmas.
