The bags are decent but overall not what I was expecting. I bought from the sale because they were "retiring" and going out of business... that language is now gone from the website so it seems that was not real. I noticed that I was getting lots of emails to buy more which made me suspicious. I replied and asked about it and was told they had lots of inventory to sell and were able to still fill orders... with that much inventory they are clearly not all made by Grace and her husband. It took awhile for the order to come and when it did, I was disappointed to find made in China tags inside. Lesson learned.

SCAM- They send you plastic, cheap bags
SCAM- They send you plastic junk purses. They are not leather. I gave them to charity.
I called my credit card company to reverse the charge (back charge). Grace's Bags sent me an email promising if I cancel the back charge, they will refund 100% of my money within 24 hours, and I get to keep the bags.
DO NOT REVERSE THE BACK CHARGE. Scammers know that you cannot place the back charge a 2nd time. So, they FOOL you in an attempt to SCAM you a second time. By the way, they can issue me a refund anytime. Then, they can call my credit card company to reverse the charge back themself if they are truly honest. I do not have to do it myself. But they were not honest to begin with by deceiving customer with their dishonest advertisement.
File a complaint with your State Attorney General and the US Federal Trade Commission to shut down Grace's Bags. They send the bags from China. They are Chinese who try to scam people in the US and EU markets during the holiday seasons. They should be shut down ASAP and be prosecuted.

Absolute scam. The bags are made of PU and the return process is non-existent. AVOID!
The reply below is laughable. I went 10 rounds of emails with them to return the piece of plastic (website says genuine leather) and their AI responder is very sorry but very useless. Much like the drivel below. I ended up doing a charge-back on my card.

Edit: regardless of their reply you will get nowhere by emailing them. I had already tried before posting this review and gave them every chance. Don't waste your time or money. I have already given those bags to charity.

I would rate “0” if I could. What I received was a NON-LEATHER, cheap looking bag. I’ve attempted 3 times to request a return but no legit response. Someone said sorry and told me they will take it under advisement but no return. RUN from this scam!!!!!
The manner in which they attempted to fix the problem was to refund 10%. THEN when I said that wasn’t good enough they wanted ME to pay MORE to ship it back to them for a refund! That is NOT how you fix a problem that is completely their problem. I stand firm on my position that the bag is NOT EVEN leather. I will be donating my bag to Goodwill.

The leather bag I received did not meet…
The leather bag I received did not meet my expectations as the description of the features of the bag on the website were not all correct. I expected the straps to be adjustable and the leather to be soft and it was not. Otherwise, the bag is really nice.

It would be nice if I got updates on the status of my bag getting to me more frequently as I did in the beginning when I ordered it. I think a few more updates is better than no updates. The outside of the bag is nice soft leather it’s wonderful feeling and it looks great The inside of the bag could be better quality material. I feel that this material is not going to last long before there’s a hole in it or a tear. I hope that I’m wrong and if I am, I’ll come back and give this a better review of five star.

Had I just looked more closely at the picture of "Grace", I would have realized that it was A.I., lots of wrinkles and 6 fingers on the right hand. These bags are not leather. I was fooled by the web site, perfect English, photos of actual leather bags. I'll just have to take the loss. Please warn people about this scam.
