The team did an incredible job on our project.

Easy to deal with during the negotiation and booking phases. Staff that showed up to do the move where fantastic to deal with and dealt with everything quickly and easily. A few late additions of furniture/equipment to the move was handled without question. The guys were even willing to help with other items if we wanted them to.

The team were great, and really helpful. They packed everything up so quickly and efficiently and unpacked it the same. They were friendly and great to work with.

Had a great experience with the Grace crew moving our DTF printers to the new location.

It wasn’t an easy job — tight space and the printers had to go upstairs. DTF printers are delicate, so care was absolutely critical. The crew handled it with precision and professionalism.

They went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be using Grace Solutions again for future moves.

I have moved internationally 3 times with Grace. On all occasions my boxes and furniture showed up undamaged. Their staff were also easy to deal with and responded to emails quickly.

Grace Removals was a pleasure to deal with from the initial conversation right through to when our office furniture was set up in our new office. They were polite, flexible to work with as there were a few challenges come our way on the day but the team dealt with it professionally and I would no doubt use the team again.

Grace Removals made what I thought would be an ordeal to come through as on of the best experiences of my life. The items of furniture pictures etc of my parents' experiences around the world, locked away for 30 years, packed and arrived perfectly, now are strewn around my small apartment in a perfect harmony of past present and future. The fact that the arrival was prolonged due to Red Sea troubles turned into a bonus, giving me time to plan and prepare for the long awaited coming.
Like a first night performance, the knots of anxiety and disarray within unfurled and ripened into a resoundingly satisfying, successful performance under the light direction of Grace's designated supervisor Sharyn Davies.
Only criticism is if I had know better in advance how thoroughly the belongings would be packed on the day I could have had more time to enjoy the beaches and forests.

An easy all round experience. The teams were on time, communicated very well. We moved 1.5 containers and not a single breakage.

Grace Removalists were absolutely brilliant. From the time taken for the initial site visit to quote, through to the customer service and ops team, everyone was highly professional and we were very comfortable in the lead up to our move date. On the day, Stephen and the team arrived promptly and were all very personable and pleasant (even on a 35 degree day..!). Nothing seemed too hard for the team and our move (for 18 staff) went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Grace Removalists and will definitely be using them in future.

I requested a quote for a local move from Caboolture to Mount Lofty. I specified that I might need storage but wasn't sure if I needed packing. The customer service person assured me they could quote for my move, and duly set up an in-home evaluation of what would be needed. I am very, very busy and this was a huge imposition (the other company I asked for a quote did it online on Teams), but I complied. It took about an hour, the rep went through my whole house looking at everything and the said she'd get my quote to me later that afternoon. I didn't hear anything by the next day so I sent an email to enquire about the quote. I got an email back saying they were too busy at that time of year to help me and couldn't even give me a quote. This was for a four bedroom house. Why couldn't they tell me up front when I enquired that they were only doing interstate moves at that time? The rep said in her defence "I thought I could make it work". This is not her fault - she did her best. This is a company issue. Very poor service.

1. Pay the $1000 packing.its worth it. I packed my own and didn’t know what box had what I wanted, when it arrived to unpack.
The pickup was remarkable, very professional.Both the old and young, together were great.
