Social Services came to assess my mum who needed daily support with showering & getting dressed. So they sent us Grace care & what a massive relief it’s been for my sister & I. It’s not just about helping her getting ready for the day but they also do little household jobs like emptying the bin, dishwasher & washing machine if time permits. They are also always on hand to have a little chat too before she goes upstairs to get ready. But most importantly they leave my mum safe & happy watching the tv with a cuppa. Thank you Grace care.

The ladies who looked after me were very friendly and chatty and were always willing to help me following a serious accident I had. They were clean and empathetic too. Only moan is sometimes they were very late, coming at midday or after , when they were meant to come in morning.

Grace care look after my nan and she’s so glad to have them, they’re respectful caring and kind, all the girls are really lovely and easy to talk to.
The mangers are also very caring and friendly too

All the girls are polite and well mannered, they do everything i ask them to do. I would give them 10/10.

My mum has recently been in hospital and really unwell. When she returned home I was supporting her but finding the balance with working very challenging. Grace Care came to support my mum with two visits a day. I had many reservations but instantly they disappeared. My mum so benefitted from the team calling to support her. Not all about practical help, but also lovely conversation and sincere kindness. It was such a weight off my mind. Nancy deserves a special mention she was so v kind to my mum but every team member was fabulous. Steph in the office deserves a mention as well - she even came to see my mum when we had a very challenging couple of days. I cannot recommend this company highly enough I will have no hesitation to use them again in the future. Thank you Grace Care!

Grace247Care Wirral looked after my Dad for 3x daily visits for the best part of 3 years, until a disaster he had at home caused him to need to move into residential care. Dad was not always the easiest "customer" but Grace Care carers were kind, patient and professional. The office staff were always incredibly supportive and responsive to any issues we raised relating to Dad's health etc. We would highly recommend Grace247Care Wirral for in-home care and thank all their carers and office staff for their support and kindness towards my Dad.

Grace Care team have been amazing and professional. Excellent communication and nothing is too much trouble when things need to be adapted or changed.

My Dad has been having care 4 times a day from grace24/7 care for nearly a year now and as a family we are more than happy with the care he receives the whole team are very friendly and my dad loves having not just the personal care they provided but the conversations and talks he has with all of them and he really looks forward to there visits They have got to know his little querks and intrests and know what he likes and dislikes and i feel like they genuinely care about his wellbeing.
Also I am more than happy and confident in all of them giving him his medication as the set up they have ( everything is logged on there work phone through a QRcode) is great as someone who works in pharmacy I find this really reassuring.
There is great communication with the whole team and I find them really approachable friendly and easy to contact

The carers have been great company for me, assisting me on walks and getting me back out into the community. Encouraging me to get out and about and attending to my needs. I have found it very comforting that someone has been there for me, in particular Claire has gone above and beyond

Would 100% recommend gracecare, they have been reliable and trustworthy with taking on the care of my cousin and keep me updated with any information i need to know. Steph is an angel, the care and support she gives I cannot thank her enough for.

all the cares are amazing they go above and beyond and he looks forward to seeing them all Cheryl, Massie, Jill, Storm & Nancy & especially one carer in particular Poppy !! Well what can I say poppy you are amazing Ron’s words, you have made a great impression on him, most of the time he forgets my name but never poppy’s and is always asks other carers how she is when he hasn’t seen her for a few days 🤩🤩

I've had Grace Care since March 24 I have 2 really amazing carers called Maggie and Betty, they can't do enough for you. The office is very polite when you call and they answer pretty quick

Girls have all been pleasant and professional at each call.

The company is great at everything, they do everything I ask and complete all my tasks I honestly couldn’t live without them! Especially Nancy silcock she’s does everything and more she’s is wonderful and I have really bonded her.

Grace care to be professional and like it says on the tin, caring

Grace Care have provided personal care for my mother for approximately 3 months. The carers are pleasant, helpful and reliable. They assist with personal care, dressing and undressing, preparing hot drinks and daily administer mums medication. The management and office staff are always available to speak regarding any concerns and are knowledgeable about mums case. Mum now looks forward to the carers visits and they have become like friends.

Carers very helpful and engaging. Always turn up with a smile on their faces which makes things easier and always have time for a chat. Small details which make a big difference.
Couldn't do without them.

Ruth is an excellent carer, she is very kind and helpful, and always checking that I have everything I need. She is thoughtful and respectful, Truely kind, trustworthy and a very warm person. Cheryl is another lady who calls on Ruth's days off, and she too is a very kind and helpful lady.
