All carers are helpful and have my parents' best interests at heart, especially Graham. Graham has great rapour with both my parents, and they love it when he comes. Some carers dont stay their full time, i feel they could use their time to sit and chat with them as this is sometimes their only visitors in the day. I also feel there are a few carers who dont have transport and this causes issues with their time slot, if only everyone was like graham!

We are so happy with the carers mum receives from Gracecare… They are always on time and care for mum’s every need. Medicines are checked every day and her food and surroundings are always maintained. Mum always looks forward to their call as their friendship and daily chats are so important to her. Gracecare provides a great daily service which enriches my mother’s life.

Grace 24/7 care have been looking after my dad for last 2 months and the service has been first class. Always keep me up to date with visits and always happy to add things in to my dads plan any time.

These carers look after my Dad are are always so kind and helpful, thoffice is always polite when we ring. Highly recommend

The carers are very professional and nothing you ask them to do is not problem .if your worried about anything you could talk to them a they try to help. If asked if I wanted to change carers I'd say no because I feel my carers are also my friends

Grace Care have been providing daily care for our house bound sister for the last 6 months or so as her previous care company could not offer the full package we required. Throughout the last 6 months they have been giving great support and care to our sister however we as a family never really communicated directly with them and left it to our sister to run the show as it were. However due to our sisters deteriorating health we felt it necessary to step in and deal with Grace Care directly. They have been amazing they listened to our concerns and acted on our concerns They have provided additional support as required and taken over the responsibility to administer my sisters medication which she was forgetting to take. The carers looking after our sister have been wonderful and make sure all her needs are catered for including all her personal care and her meal time arrangements. Each time we have needed to speak to the office manager Rachael we have always been dealt with professionally diligently and more important caringly so we all make sure my sister is getting the level of service she requires and deserves. We are thoroughly to highly recommend Grace Care its carers and its management.

Absolutely amazing company, The ladies are so thoughtful and my Uncle has come on so much since we changed to Grace24.
You can always speak to someone in the office and all needs are catered for.
I would definitely recommend Grace24 to look after any family member who needs a care company. I am so much more relaxed knowing my Uncle has a great team helping him everyday.

We are so lucky to have been assigned Grace Care for mums care. The carers are absolutely fantastic, sorting her personal care, preparing her meals and doing her medication, tidying her kitchen ect afterwards, and also a 3rd lunch visit to make her a sandwich. Without this, she woud forget to eat, probably forget to shower and most importantly, forget her meds. The team are trained to a high standard and are always pleasant and respectful with mum. They interact with her and make her day a whole lot better and she cannot praise them highly enough.
The co ordinators i desl with on the phone are absolutely lovely and always happy to oblige with anything i need to discuss.

We had a great experience with this company and their carers. Really understanding managers that listened to what we and mum needed and great care staff that went above and beyond. Excellent service

We we were introduced to Grace 24/7 when they provided help post hospital discharge under the STARS team. We decided to contract privately with them based on that experience and they provided a great service. Denise and Rachel in the office got us set up and Cheryl did a great job of building up a relationship and learning how best to provide support that was based on the needs and wishes of our parents.

I have found the carers skilful, efficient, kind and compassionate. They are also reliable and flexible when faced with different challenges. I would certainly recommend them.

The "new kids on the block" are certainly off to a great start! My mum has recently been discharged from hospital having had to wait over 2 months to get "The Star" care package, which is to help determine whether someone will need any care going forward. The coordinator (Denise) came out did the original assessment, gave my mum all the time needed to answer questions and help with everything. The carers coming, we seem to have two regular ones, I know my mum has a favourite! Shouldn't really say but.....(Cheryl is doing a fantastic job!). When I have had to communicate with the office team, I have always been greeted with a friendly response and they know who you are. That's a big thing for relatives. Rachael was really helpful in explaining what is likely to happen going forward, willing to spend the time to explain and seems to have a good team that she can definitely be proud of. If my mum needs carers after the assessment period, we hope that Grace 24-7 will continue to give mum the excellent service we have received to date.

Staff are professional and friendly. Very happy with the service.
