Very disappointing experience
High quote on line, low quote after mobile receipt claiming a perfect phone in case used only for 2 months to be poor. When i did not acceot the quote, my mobile was returned damaged.

Was quoted 137 pounds for my samsung s21 plus
They sent a message sating 7 pounds
I no there was nothing wrong at all with the phone been using for over a year now
There customer service is rubbish
They haedly reply to emails
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD COMPANYS OUT THERE

If I could give 0 stars I would. Posted my phone in April. A few weeks later they said the parcel arrived but the phone was missing from the package. They blamed royal mail and said they put a claim into royal mail. Only on the 25th July do I get an email saying that royal mail have rejected the claim “due to a breach of terms and conditions” not really sure how this is the case as I posted the phone and submitted evidence of proof of delivery, value of phone etc. Obviously no way of knowing who is telling the truth. But this company seems fishy, and the customer support dealing with the claim following this has been shocking. I’m £400 down because of this.

They said my phone was worth £175. I sent a pristine example of the phone leaving the screen protector and protective stickers from the factory in place. For the first time ever I removed from the case on the companies instructions. They then said the phone was worth £50 and it was damaged in your care. It was returned scratched up. Maybe so they could claim it was worth their reduced amount. CROOKS. Their Customer service said they were not responsible for the phones in their care.

Sent me a reduced offer saying my phone had slight scratches but can't be seen with the naked eye.
The phone is immaculate,they are just trying to rip people off.Avoid sending your phone as they are just a waste of time.

Really great service! Answered my questions quickly and a good settlement.

Had my mobile phone nearly 3 days and they did not even make me an offer due to software issues - was told there was a further 2 day delay - Asked for return so all in all a wasted week !!!!!
Do your self a favour and use Facebook Market - Sold in hours and collected.

Awful company They over quote so you take their offer and then they make up faults that are not true. £550 was my quote and after checking it they offered £6, brand new mobile. I have just sent to Meelie Mobile and they have stuck by the £480 quote and ready to pay out

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After stating transfer of funds completed and could I just leave a review asap . I have NOT received cash and they will NOT send confirmation of receipt with banking details !!! Is this even legal after you sell an item ? 😡😡😡😡😡

Should have stayed with the firm that I have always used before but thought I'd go with these people who offered £25 more as they must all be the same right?

Wrong!

Offered £100 less than they originally stated. No justification for the low revision.

I am now hoping, without, I have to say a great deal of expectation that the phone will come back relatively quickly and undamaged.

I wont use again and recommend that you don't bother.

They came out top on a price comparison website which I trusted. Sent an excellent condition phone and they told me if was in poor condition then tried to offer me £150 LESS than the original quote. Now I’ve seen the endless reviews all saying the same thing I can’t believe they’re still in business! I’ve gone on to sell my phone at £125 ABOVE what they tried to offer me, so don’t be fooled into believing their valuation.

Grade Mobile was listed on top of the comparison companies to recycle my phone. They stated £204 for my iPhone 12 and then offered £120 stating it wasn't in excellent condition condition, they then raised there offer to £140 which I rejected. I then decided to accept an offer from Mazuma Mobile which had offered £185 for my phone. From the time of filling online form to receiving full payment was only 4 days.

Crap company offered £280 for an iPhone 13 in mint condition, to then be told it was poor and £135 Absolute joke !!!!!! Waste of time & effort.

Stated £425 for my iPhone 14 Pro and then tried to offer £280 stating it was in poor condition when it isn’t. I took a number of photos and videos of the phone prior to sending it, so if it returns scratched up and damaged I will be taking you to the small claims court to seek the full amount advertised at the point of sending my phone to you.

Offer you a good buy price then lowball you when they receive the phone. Sent them an iPhone 13 and initially they offered £295 but once checked, came back offering £95.

Sent it to another company and got £255 for it

Exactly what other people are stating, “iPhone has 3 scratches on the screen not visible from arms length and not detectable by nail” £500 quote down to £375. JOG ON! Post my phone back I’ll get what I want on eBay. Bye.

I have recycled many phones and have generally had a good experience but this company is appalling!!

Firstly they reduce my offer of £295 for my unlocked IPhone 13 down to £175 explaining it’s come out as “poor” during testing. It was pretty much pristine give or take a few minor scuffs probably caused by the protective case I always had on it. No scratches on the screen or back.

I originally knocked it back as I thought it was an appalling offer but they bombarded me with emails and offered £179 which reluctantly I took due to flying out of the country and worrying would it return in time.

Secondly, their payment isn’t fast had to chase it after an apparent admin error.

Bottom line is AVOID at all costs!!

Avoid i sent my I phone XR to them they received it on friday & offered me £45 even though the quote stated £100. This phone was in excellent condition & had been in a 360 case since i got it. Its now Monday & even after accepting theyre pathetic offer i still havent received payment. I wish i refused the offer now & went elsewhere as everyone is saying scam website & avoid avoid avoid !!!!
