Absolute joke low offers scam artists.
Will probably end up taking them to the small claims court. DO NOT USE THEM
BE WARNED.

Once my device was received by Grade Mobile after waiting over 4 days I was provided with a reduced offer which was almost 65% less than the amount agreed via 'Compare & Recycle' - O/No 201831.

Whilst I am sure Grade Mobile will inevitably make the point that as the valuation was obtained through a third party comparison website I would have received a more accurate assessment had I gone directly through their website - I feel that the way in which the valuation was obtained was very misleading and disreputable as there was absolutely no mention of any possible price change due to the battery being under 90% (mine was 89% and in absolute pristine condition without a mark on it - photographs and video evidence obtained prior to posting & with this being the only fault on the device report provided by Grade Mobile) during the order recycle process.

Having checked the reviews provided by other disgruntled customers via Trust Pilot, this issue has been highlighted over many months and is nothing new, so could and should have been rectified by Grade Mobile and Compare & Recycle in order that this doesn't happen to future customers.

I therefore refused the offer and am now awaiting return of my device - Waste of time.

Abysmal service - Please read the reviews before considering sending your phone off for valuation as you may be very disappointed.

Found via a phone recycling comparison site. Best combination of value and ratings, not the highest value but well rated. Sent my phone to them which in my option was in excellent condition, they graded it as B and offered a third less than the initial quote. The phone had been in a soft lined quadlock case since the day I got it and always had a glass screw protector on. Seems to be the type of company that reduces the offer once they have your device. Will avoid in future

Ordered phone today too finance option they approved took first payment as started then said phone is no longer in stock

WARNING: Grade Mobile have emailed me saying they have paid me and asking for copies of my bank statements to prove that I have not been paid. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. Ask them to prove they made payment and the details of where they say they sent the money.

Grade Mobile contacted me again yesterday stating payment would be made into my account yesterday. Needless to say, It did now arrive. Just empty promises. Grade Mobile it the training name of OG Exclusives London Ltd (Co Number 08955418) 14 The Glenmore Centre Shearway Business Park Folkestone Kent CT19 4RJ. Owners Glyn Lawrence Griffiths and Owain Glyndwer Griffiths. I have their personal addresses if anyone needs them. This company is a total scam company and are legally trying to steal our phones on the premise of payment. I believe they will only pay out once they have agreed a sale of our old phones. Disgusting practice and I am now off to the civil courts to seek a court order for payment. I am happy yo go after these two wasters.

Absolute scammers, My iPhone 11 Pro was in pristine condition and on the web site it said valuation £320 now I expected some sort of kick back back but they incredibly came back at £213, they then listed faults with phone and battery all absolute twaddle. Just wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before I fell for their scam
I did take photos of my phone before sending it out so it had better come back in as good a condition as they received it

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company! This is a scam! Sent my partners phone off to them last week and they have still not sent the money for the device! No contact and no one answers the phone! Their website says 24-72 hours it has been well over a week! On their Facebook page it has numerous people stating that they are a scam too! Found out the hard way!

Think this company is a scam saying I needed a new screen for my Samsung Galaxy s9 after I had it checked by my it department and the 3 shop where I upgraded
The y offered me £17 instead of the £170 originally offered
