Bought my wife a mobility scooter from Grajmax Mobility, they were great to deal with in every aspect!

Would highly recommend!

I needed to sell my late fathers mobility scooter, I contacted Grajmax who after a satisfactory appraisal paid my asking price and collected it within a couple of days. An extremely efficient and polite service.
I can highly recommend this company for their high standard of customer relations.

From my recent purchasing experience I am happy to give 5 stars. My Mobility Scooter was an ex demonstrator with just a few miles completed and came with a six months warranty. It was in excellent condition. The company are focussed on customer service and were very helpful in answering my questions. I found their website was excellent.
The delivery charge was very reasonable and their courier was on time, efficient and friendly.
I recommend that you look at this business if you are considering purchasing a quality mobility scooter .

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was previously scammed by Kardinal Independant Living and desperate to get my Dad a scooter so he could get back out and about. I purchased the scooter Saturday night and it was delivered Monday morning. Great communication prior to the purchase and afterwards.

Collected my Mobility Scooter from Grajmax on Saturday. I firstly was offered a short training session on the scooter and completed a short test drive before I signed to say I was happy to accept the mobility scooter. I had difficulty fitting the scooter on my trailor and Grajmax staff helped me find a solution and strap the scooter down safely. As we were leaving the family come out and waved us off especially his 2 young daughters. I found this company by accident. But I heartfelt recommend them. It was well worth a cold Saturday drive up the M1 to collect this scooter and meet the team and Grajmax.

After a disappointing transaction with a different company I was still looking for a new mobility scooter for my wife, now an early birthday present not a Xmas present as originally intended. Browsing the internet I came across Grajmax Mobility. A family firm, established for about 15 years that seemed to get high ratings. On their website I found not one but two scooters of interest one, a Careco Aviator for my wife, the other a Kymco Maxer which seemed to be ideal for me. Enquiries by phone gave me all the information I wanted, I was impressed by the willingness to provide information and got the impression that this was a company that cared about their customers. I placed an order for both scooters on the 30th December 2024. They were delivered today, the 3rd January 2025, by the company owner himself as his usual courier was still on holiday. That was impressive. The scooters were exactly as described, immaculately presented and worked perfectly when test driven. All accessories were present and documentation was complete. We were assured that if there were any problems all we had to do was phone them. So far Grajmax have met or exceeded every promise and have two very happy customers. I think they can be highly recommended.

My sister and I helped our Mum to buy a cabin scooter from Grajmax.
Bought practically new and at a great price - Mum is thrilled with her purchase.
Nothing has been too much trouble and a slight technical issue resolved (ours!) very promptly.
