Was given a date for the delivery but it never arrived. Rang the company over a dozen times over the next few days and managed to get through on 3 occasions. On each occasion they couldn't give me any information immediately but said they would ring me back in a few minutes. Of course this never happened. We also sent numerous text messages none of which were answered. We have now cancelled the order and are in the process of going through the refund process with Ebay. I don't know if this company is a scam but at best they are totally and utterly incompetent and should be avoided at all costs. I can't believe that anyone would give this appalling company a 5 star rating???

I have ordered Super king size bed. The bed was not made according to design that I have given. The headboard was very flimsy and light weight. Very thin wood was used in making headboard. No middle support was provided for bed slats. One of the button on footboard was loose. I have complained about this and they said they will fix the design on 23rd May and they will inform me one day before about time slot but no one turned up. Don’t trust this company. A bunch of liars.

I ordered 4 double beds they came withissong parts which took the company 2 months to drop the missing parts and they were broken. The colour didn't match. Wouldn't advise any 1 to make any purchases from this company. Waste of Time Money and products not worth the money. Company staff just didn't reply to any issues. I advise anyone not to do any business with these lot

Placed an order for King size bed in June paid deposit and was told delivery will be in 3 weeks. It’s been over 10 weeks and there’s no delivery date and the service they provide is shocking. After contacting owner and multiple other workers at this company no one seemed to have a delivery date for my order. When I contact the mobile numbers they keep providing me as they say they are out of country and unable to help me. Advice to stay well clear and pay someone who can provide service. I’ve requested a refund and they haven’t refunded so I had to go to my bank to get a refund started

Just wanted to update outcome here for those who have experienced the same. After speaking to consumer direct who advice to send a letter notifying the owner or breach in contract for supplying the good. The responded quickly however when they arrived to deliver the bed they were demanding deposit payment again and full payment of outstanding for the bed before even setting up the bed or even stepping in doors. With them breaching contract and the stress they gave they should have had better customer service. In the end I didn’t trust them as I didn’t want to pay £1300 in front so I told them to take the bed and refund the amount due. It’s been now 4 months since I placed order and finally the bank has refunded the payment. Please keep away

Had a bespoke bed installed today - definitely brought my vision to life! I will add photos once the bed is made and styled etc. Looking forward to completing bedroom 2 with Grandeur as its top quality. Thanks again! Highly

I ordered two beds (a king size and a double) with mattresses from Bed Grandeur, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery was super fast, and the team were so polite and helpful from the very start.

I had a few concerns about the type of bed I wanted, and they went above and beyond — even video calling me to show me all the options since I couldn’t make it to the store. They gave great suggestions, kept me updated every step of the way, and when the delivery arrived, the setup only took about 30 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked.

The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. I used to wake up with back pain every morning, but since sleeping on these, I wake up feeling so much better. I’ve already recommended Bed Grandeur to my mother, and she’s ordered one too!

They even gave me a discount for buying two beds, which was a lovely bonus. Honestly, if I had more rooms, I’d buy from them again without hesitation. If you’re unsure, give them a call you’ll see how professional and reassuring they are.

After MONTHS, countless calls and messages, countless let downs , my beds have arrived 👏🏼👏🏼 Overall I’ll be honest you lack professionalism and communication! Your time keeping is disgraceful, but great prices and decent beds. Not much bad else to say apart from them , but fr your company would be 10x better with great reviews with them few things implemented .You will get good beds and prices from them, but be prepared for excuses,delays, and bad communication!

Delivery came 2 weeks before date. Assembling team was great - helpful and friendly! Thank you, Moddy and Jatty for your help and carrying!

Awful entitled owner who lacks professionalism massively.

Any 5 star reviews you see on here or google are most likely written by the man himself. Since i wrote my review on Google, there has been nothing but multiple 5star reviews in the past 24 hours. How convenient. Do not give your money to this man.

Horrible company run by a horrible person. Totally agree with the other reviews on here about the owner. He thinks he has the right to speak down to unhappy customers. He will refuse to take accountability for any issues and gets rude. He also demands that you take bad reviews down.

Purchased 3 beds from this company amazing service from start to finish can’t recommend them enough.

A two-bit company run by a jumped up owner who thinks he's got a god given right to talk down on unhappy paying customers.

A few hundred pounds is obviously life changing for him.

AVOID AT ALL COST !! Do not but anything from these scammers. They have no customer skills and are cheap cowboys. Stay away from these idiots. They have illegal immigrants that speak no English working for them. This is not a business,it's a circus being run by a clown.

Edit: This fraud company changed their name to Hauser Interiors (Hauser Furniture) so they can continue to scam people. All the positive reviews are written by the owner himself. They couldn’t keep up with fake reviews so they changed their company’s name.

Please everyone who had a bad experience with this company please call Citizens Advice and report to Trading Standards. It’s a quick phone call. Actions need to be taken against this company.

I was scammed by Grandeur Interior designs. I uploaded my pictures on google reviews as evidence because nowadays no one admits their mistakes and cover themselves with lies. I have paid on the 10 March 2025. I was assured delivery will be in 2 weeks you can see this in my invoice I have posted. Today is 17 June 2025 and the first picture shows you my room today. Headboard and bed are different from what I had ordered and damaged and they damaged my wall. They never responded to all my messages after my payment. There were never updates. I had always to chase. They delivered a different design and parts of bed are damaged. They forced the headboard up and now all my walls are damaged especially the wall in our bedroom. They are lying that apparently we helped the delivery people to take the headboard upstairs and apparently we damaged our walls ourselves. Very heartbroken about their lies. See my pictures on Google review. You can’t just make a different design and deliver a damaged bed. I wanted the same headboard and bed like in the picture and this was confirmed. They damaged the wall in our bedroom which needs fixing. This is not as described and misleading. I have asked many times for a refund but they are not replying to me anymore. Their full wall beds are from a third party company and if there are issues they won’t help and blame the third party company. I should get my full refund plus my wall fixed. I showed so much patience and understanding over the last 3 months but they just refuse a refund and are not replying anymore. My bedroom wall you damaged needs fixing as well. I have lots of evidence but I will submit my evidence with my claim at court. I will take this to court.
