They didn't show up with the delivery. They are saying tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes. I'm waiting for a week now. They are NOT honest and professional

had a terrible experience with Matrix. They arranged for their vendor to deliver my sofa, and it arrived in an unacceptable condition. There was a strong, unpleasant damp smell, and mould was visible all over the cushions. This is completely unhygienic and shocking for a brand-new product.

I immediately tried contacting Matrix, but they have not responded to any of my messages. The vendor is also unreachable. It has now been two days, and I have done everything I possibly can to remove the smell — keeping the windows open constantly, turning on the heating to reduce moisture — but nothing has worked.

The damp, mouldy smell is so bad that it gave me a headache, and on the first night I couldn’t even sleep because it triggered an allergic reaction. This has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

I will never recommend this website to anyone. Very poor quality control and even worse customer service.

I was really skeptical about this company and unfortunately read the reviews after already ordering. However im happy with our 3 & 2 seater sofa and footstool so only thought it was fair to right a review. Yes I agree communication is absolutely shocking and delivery didn't come till 630 tonight despite telling me they would give me a time frame. As id read other reviews I parted with no money until id checked everything so I would advice people to do this. Im happy for the money ive paid

This company are frauds and big scammers. I purchased a customised sofa from them to which they agreed to design the sofa with my specific size dimensions, cushions, sofa style etc. They agreed to all of this and included it on the invoice and promised to deliver to my expectations. They also quoted as saying in order to customise the sofa it would cost an extra £50. When the sofa arrived, the driver refused to move the sofa into my residence unless I paid him cash first. This is all part of their scam. How was I supposed to check the packaged sofa at the back of the van and make a judgement if the sofa was correct. I found that the sofa was missing items and not built as described or agreed. I demanded the driver calls them up before I take the sofa in. The company admitted it was their manufacturing error and they would send all my extra items out seperately. That was a lie. I haven't heard anything back from them since. Their phone number goes to voicemail and they do not respond to emails at all.

Instead they sold me an old pre-built sofa (not fitting my dimensions) that is dirty with marks and they had this stored in their warehouse. They have now gone silent on me. Their communication is so poor and their english isn't great either. They don't respond to emails or have a phoneline you can call either, only a whatsapp number where they won't respond back to you.

I have taken legal action against them via small claims court. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A REGISTERED ADDRESS UNDER THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ON THE COMPANY WEBSITE. SCAMMERS.

Would give zero if possible. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
