The turn around time is very good and the website easy to use but the fact is that it completely misrepresents the actual service..... 

My intention was to buy two bags of Lemon Bon Bons face value £1.00 each which seem to be difficult to get hold of in the shops for some reason....

As the shipping cost is £3.15 for one packet or 16+ packets, I padded my order out with numerous other sweets (which are all freely available from almost any retailer at around £1.00 per packet and which I did not particularly want) in order to bring the cost per packet down to around the face value of £1.00, although with the P&P it still works out more..

The vendor then removed the lemon bon bons (the only item I actually wanted) from the order and sent a refund (which happens to be less than the price I paid - I hope this was just an oversight).

I was left with a load of unwanted sweets, all of which I could have picked up from the local supermarket at a much cheaper price (when taking P&P into account)....

If you were to take this policy to the extreme, I could be placing an order for 35 x £1.00 packets of sweets thinking I am going to get them for £1.00 per packet (P&P is free with orders over £35.00) and without any consultation, am refunded the value of 34 packets and am essentially left to pay £4.15 for the remaining £1.00 packet; an eventuality that is NOT made clear at the outset and if it was, I would NOT have gone ahead..

When I pointed this out to the vendor, he referred to the small print. I accept it does state this practice in the website's 'refund policy' but why would anybody look there? This is not a refund issue (as it arises before the items have even been dispatched) but one of straightforward misrepresentation of the service offered (unless you have gone through the finer points of the inappropriate section of the small print) ..

In essence when you click on an item, you are given the impression it is in stock and you will receive it for the net price you have accepted to pay but this is NOT the case and while there is the option to return items, this is at the buyer's cost .... I will end up having to pay £3.15 having received or achieved absolutely nothing!

The PJs are nice ,great quality, yhe only thing a didnt like was the smell of them ,had to wash all 3 sets .

This items are for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. She loves Masha and bear so will be over the moon with these gifts
