POOR SERVICE TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER
I visited the store yesterday and did not have a positive experience. As I walked in a senior member of staff called to another member of staff signalling when I entered. I made my numerous purchases which I usually do, so very offended by her actions as I have been supporting the store since it opened in 2018, and must have spent thousands over this period of time. I have also volunteered there. She made me feel like a criminal.
I have obviously complained to Head Office, and have received a professional response, and have now received an apology from the store directly.
