Gratsi is the best!
Gratsi is the best! Their wine is so good & customer service is quick, kind, & efficient. The white wine is my favorite but I also enjoy the red & rose. My husband has never been a wine drinker but found himself loving the red. I normally hate rose but actually really like their rose. Since discovering Gratsi’s wine I can’t drink other wines because they now taste so sugary. I’d recommend this wine to everyone.

So far my experience has been bad! Since this last issue with the wrong address, I put in another order and somehow it didn’t register in your system so I haven’t received the wine or anything from your people when it will be delivered.

Gratsi Wine is my go-to now. I love the taste, the fact that is has NO SUGAR AND NO ADDITIVES is a healthy benefit. The company is so easy to work with if changes need to be made to your order. I recommend GRATSI !!!!

Was very quick on getting back to me. Thank you. This wine lives up to all that it advertises. The only thing that I know that I do is I let it air for a few minutes before I start drinking it, but I love the feeling and the absolutely no hangover or anything close to it.

Great Customer Service
Aside from the wine tasting great, Gratsi's customer service is exceptional! There was a delay in receiving my order, but they responded to my inquiry in a very timely manner. They apologized for the delay and explained the situation, which is entirely out of their control, and offered me a discount on my order. Due to their positive attitude and customer service, I'll continue to be a loyal customer!

We love this product. We have changed our buying not because it's less expensive but the taste is superior to all the other wines we enjoyed in the past!
I was unexpectedly called out of town…
I was unexpectedly called out of town and wrote to Gratsi’s customer support. I explained that no one could receive my delivery until 10 days later. Could they please delay it? Peter wrote back saying my delivery was ready for UPS to pick it up at the factory, and provided me an anticipated timeline. Clearly he did not Read my email. I wrote back STOP UPS from picking it up and Read my email, again explaining the situation. Another clueless, useless reply. So, I wrote AGAIN and today, Joymela wrote to say, “thanks for reaching out. Your delivery has shipped and has an estimated delivery date of” …3 days from now.
Unbelievable. Since it requires a signature I hope they won’t leave it sitting out front, on a NYC street.
The saga continues insofar as they’re gonna have to make this right, or my subscription gets cancelled.
I like the convenience of not hauling haeavy mottles of wine 5 blocks home from the shop and it’s so much lighter in weight. It tastes pretty decent, too. But this part? NOT convenient.

I love Gratsi Wine
I love Gratsi Wine. I usually get their white wine. So, refreshing. I also like the low sugar, low sulfates and lower calories. This my go to wine. The Rose Wine is also one of my favorites. You need to try this wine; I really recommend it. The box is such a convenience. If you wish you can pour the amount you want into a wine decanter and serve this special wine to friends.
