We had our “old” kia sportage repaired here. Service was outstanding. We have recently had our MOT and pre paid service plan, perfect. Customer service was excellent and service dept excellent cannot say well enough how excellent Gravells are, we have an existing service with vertu and Gravells wins hands down. Friendliest, competence and value Thank you❤️

Absolutely incredible service by the Kia Hereford team with specific mention to Sam Fitzer who helped me throughout the whole process with no hassle whatsoever. Andrew Lewis at Gravells Hereford provided outstanding service when i bought a little run around Picanto for our dogs! So impressed with the service that I went back and purchased a new one. From the initial enquiry, to collection this morning, Andrew could not have been more helpful. I hope his bosses recognise what an asset he is to their business. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. My other car is a BMW and Gravells beat BMW customer service hands down.

We had a great experience purchasing our car from Paul at Kia Garage in Hereford. After our previous car gave us trouble, Paul was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding a new one. He took the time to discuss what we could afford and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. On top of that, Paul went above and beyond by assisting with the MOT and servicing of the vehicle after the purchase. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and I will definitely be using this garage again in the future. Highly recommend!

We bought a KIA Sportage from Gravells, Hereford, last week. The salesman was Andrew Lewis. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, and it was clear that he had excellent knowledge about the range of models available. Perhaps, more importantly, he was not at all pushy( like some salesmen I have met in the past). He kept regular contact with us, either by phone or e-mail. He did an excellent job and was a credit to his company. Thanks very much indeed.

We bought a Kia Niro through Sam who helped us through every stage of the process. From the initial meeting, deciding which vehicle suited us best, through to ordering, arranging finance and temporary insurance, to taking delivery of our new car. Sam couldn’t have been more helpful, explaining the workings of the car, setting up a phone connection, and being on the end of the phone for any queries. Have recently purchased a new Kia XCeed from Gravells Kia in Hereford. From initial discussions with Matt, to the order process and vehicle handover, the whole procedure has been seamless, efficient and professional. I would recommend Gravells Kia Hereford to anyone considering buying a new or used Kia. I have been a VW driver for many years and have found the XCeed to be more than on par with the German brand as regards build quality and driving characteristics and the 7 year warranty is excellent.
