We’ve just purchased our third Kia from Gravells Kidwelly Kia and once again had a great experience. The main reason we keep coming back to Kia is the reliability of the vehicles — they’ve always been dependable, comfortable, and great value for money.

A special thank you to Ollie for arranging everything, answering my many questions, and making the whole process seem smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout.

Very happy with our new car and would happily recommend both Kia and Gravells to others.

I picked up my new Kia Niro hybrid today and the whole process from initial enquiry to hand over was handled by Richard Barber. Richard was excellent in every regard being helpful efficient and friendly and he made the whole process stress free. We found a car on Cazoo that was being sold via this dealership, we are from Scotland and this branch is in Wales. We got the car delivered via a transporter arranged by them. We were in communications with Steven, who prior to the transaction couldn’t be anymore helpful. We asked for photos of the car as we were buying it from afar and those photos were well received, expecting a pretty clean car for a car of its age (5 years), or so we thought. Once the car arrived up to us, ourselves and even the delivery driver, noticed the scuffs on alloys and one of the rear lights also had deep (not surface level) scratches. We weren’t informed of any of this, nor did we receive photos. I brought this to the attention of the dealership who in our opinion really could not care less. Once they had received the money for the car, they wipe their hands clean of you and it’s a rarity you even get a response. Sold as seen, in this instance, was through photos and we felt as though we were lied to about the condition of the car.
Poor service after sale, would not buy from them if you’re choosing from an online site.

Great customer service means valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations.
Good customer service starts at the moment you walk through the doors and this was definitely the case at Gravells KIA Dealership Kidwelly over the last Eleven Years.
One particular staff member Kevin Williams who made an amazing first impression and by coming up first every time with a solid and tailored greeting.
Taking the time to find out what I needed and meticulously taking me through the different details and options the KIA range had on offer.
This month July being my Ninth new KIA vehicle supplied by the Kidwelly Dealership and worth every moment of the sixty four mile round journey to do so.
Following on with outstanding customer service of this company at Kidwelly my thanks is also extended to the service department at the Swansea Dealership to its Service Manager and his team who showed they are committed to offering customers support when its needed most …..ensuring your purchase is serviced to the highest standard.
Importantly these Gravells members of staff left the customer with the confidence and reassurance you will always receive the very best attention of after sales and service every step of the way.
