Terrible!!! Ordered a 42mm Apple Watch case and received a 44mm. I have tried to contact the company several times and haven’t even gotten a response from them. I guess it’s a waste of money at this point. Will not be ordering from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

They shipped the wrong size Apple Watch case and for the past few weeks I have been trying to get them to respond to let me know how to return it.

i purchased. Titan case gold 42mm THE BACK COVER THAT HOLDS THE I WATCH IN PLACE WON'T LOCK. I HAD TO REMOVE SOME LINKS ON THE BAND BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG. I WORE THE WATCH BAND AND IT FELL OFF MY WRIST AND TO THE GROUND AND THEN . THE MY I WATCH FELL OUT .ALSO THE CLASP ONTHE BAND DOES NOT LOCK TIGHT .I CALLED THE COMPANY AND NO RESPONSE AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS.

The watch band looks great with my Ultra Watch, but it comes unclasped at least 5 times per day on its own. Very annoying when I have to repeatedly clasp the band throughout the day.

The wrong item was sent.

I’ve emailed a few times and commented on your FB page, but still haven’t gotten a response.

Your customer service is terrible.

The product did not work at all and the company stopped communicating so I could do the return

Terrible customer service , my wireless charger that I bought for them stopped charging properly . I sent them an email with the order number explaining the situation.
They haven’t bothered to reply at all .
I AM NOT GOING TO BUY EVER AGAIN FROM YOU !

Terrible customer service.
I have tried calling on their listed number and it always goes to voicemail during normal business hours Ordered a product on February 6th February 9th the order hadn't been shipped so I decided to cancel the order as I had found something else.
Feb 11th they responded saying my order was cancelled although no cancellation was made in Shop pay. Feb 19th I requested a follow up as my refund had still not processed and they never wrote back. Followed up again today feb 23rd.
THe producsts look cheap and the lack of customer service would keep me from ever coming back.

Update March 7th. They still have not sent my refund.Filed a dispute with shop pay to try and recover my money.

Great charger, very pleased with it. Only problem was long delivery with no response from the company, hence dropped one star. Otherwise very happy with the product, and recommended.

Bought a charger for last Holiday, and it was perfect for me.

Got a product for a Christmas present, doesn't work properly overheated new phone and watch.. don't respond to emails or up hold 30 day money back guarantee. Worst company ever

my package finaly arived , it was after 10 working days

the reason i posted on here was because the tracking information did not apear until almost a week had past
so NO this company is NOT a scam but they are slow about showing tracking information

I have ordered a product and it has not arrived 3 weeks later. It is now 1 week after the latest date of the delivery period and I have sent several emails to the support regarding the status of my order and have not received any answer. I‘m afraid this might be a scam.

I bought the Grav station in 2023.
Works perfectly with the apple watch 2nd generation. But then I got a Apple Watch series 9 41 mm and that does not charge.

Very dissapointing, basicslly a useless device now…

Horrible experience.. received product after 30 days and was not even functioning. Sent them messages and emails .. no response
No guarantee is available and no refunds..
It’s also bad quality Chinese stuff
