I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time.
This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order date
The quality looks ok and as expeted.

Order arrived , it was actually fast, and very cool item and ok package , assistance answered me and it was ok , it took some time to appear online and the tracking wasn’t available for a week but overall good experience and cool items

Terrible customer service.

Cheap flimsy product. Returned and waited 30 days with no refund. Numerous emails from Gravgoods promising refund was being processed. Finally had to do a chargeback through my bank.

One of our chargers works fine, the other one won’t charge the phone with the case on, even though it’s a MagSafe case.

Bought the Tridant Fold for iPhone. Product shipped quickly and arrived in ok condition.

The item was bought as a gift and not required in the end due to friend already having a charger. Despite claiming 'Free international shipping and returns' on the product screen, which gives you some comfort before purchasing, it is actually not possible to return an item unless you are in the United States. Pretty poor form and obviously misleading product page information. I reached out using the contact us page but did not receive a reply from the company.

I'm 99% sure this is just a drop shipping store. The actual item is flimsy (the watch charger doesn't stand up and the magnetic hold is really poor), and the packaging is blurry and poorly printed - no mention of Grav Goods at all. You can buy the literal same product on Temu, eBay, or Amazon for a fraction of the cost ($12 - $30 AUD).

I am happy with the customer support I received when I had an issue with one of the items I paid for. They resolved my issue quickly and sent a replacement item that works.

I purchased a gravstation from grav goods I at first thought maybe they were scams but I can honestly say there product I purchased was fantastic, it keeps everything in one place beside the bed I can see the time and the led light isn’t bright enough to make your eyes shut as with some lights , the product is self is at the highest standard and the company it’s self are remarkable never have I found a company that put themself out to help as much as grav-goods. I’ve also so pleased I’m awaiting a grav bank which should arrive by 17 th but it hasn’t arrived as yet , I’ve found this company so professional and helpful . I’d certainly purchase more from this company,Thank you gravgoods keep up this good work , Mrs patton

Encountered an issue with their Station charger and they were kind enough to send me a replacement as soon as possible. Really love how the charger looks on my desk!

Great products and customer service was super helpful when I called

I haven’t recieved any info on where and when to Pick up my order. When I track my order it says that I have been contacted 3 times, and that the package is ready for Pick up, but thats not true!

The wireless charger does not charge my Apple Watch or Apple AirPods/

Horrible product. The "magsafe" charger actually de-charges phones. The plastic is cheap and the Watch chargers magnet can barely carry an Apple Watch with metal band.
The products come in unmarked packegeging and has no logos or marks from the company. It's obviously just dropshipping from something like Aliexpress.
Everyone praising these products are bots.
Stay away from this. I bought two of their leaf chargers. Same problems with both of them. Stupid me. Shame on them
