Don’t touch this company. I agreed a electricity contract with them. The company I signed with wrote to me to tell me I could cancel as they could not provide the rates sold to me. I cancelled as instructed. I then re received a demand for nearly £3000 from Great annual savings for default of contract. Either pay or go to court. I had loads of evidence to prove my case but they just kept saying I didn’t have enough evidence in their eyes. Stay well away. To add insult to injury I was contacted by Chris Hobbs to tell me I shouldn’t have to pay as the provider cancelled the contract. I told him unfortunately I had come to a settlement figure already and paid. He said he would look into it for me. I have emailed him about 10 times and he has not had the decency to even acknowledge my emails. What a total waste of my time and money for something that should have been straight forward.

Excellent customer service, great product knowledge and offers clearly explained with recommendations.

They made finding me a cheaper new energy supplier really easy. I could tell they where fighting for me to get the best price possible and kept in the loop throughout the process.
