Green Elf Trees Reviews

Lovely tree and excellent service

Great service, tree was delivered with impeccable timing by a delightful chap named Matthew! 5 stars!

Really great tree that lasted the full festive season. Very convenient, the tree was delivered and collected.

Ordered a tree from these guys and the quality was outstanding. Came nicely wrapped and they’re potted, so they last throughout Christmas without the pines dropping off!

Will be using again this year for sure

Lovely tree. Fantastic delivery service.

Amazing Christmas tree, met all my expectations - great quality, on time delivery and really easy to get in touch and ask questions! They are also flexible when it comes to delivery amendments, requests and kept me updated on when the delivery will happen!

So happy with my tree, it was the perfect size for the limited space I have in my house, also how great that it gets re-planted after Christmas! Can't wait for another one this season!

Green Elf Trees provided a great service and we love that the trees get replanted after the festive season. We will continue to use them each year.

Great service, super easy and convenient! Excellent customer service!

This is my third year ordering from Green Elf Trees and they never disappoint! The trees are rich and beautiful and they arrive on the agreed date without any issues.

I’ve been ordering my Christmas tree from Green Elf for three years in a row, and I’ve always had great service and lovely trees!

Super easy process and love the sustainability of a reusable or plantable tree!

Great quality, convenient delivery and pick up

Perfect experience from start to finish, a lovely tree and glad it didn't go to the wood chipper on 6th Jan. Keep up the good work!

Above and Beyond service. Great communication.
And most importantly - my tree was AMAZING!

We really loved the service and our tree was gorgeous!

Great tree, easy to arrange and change delivery date.

The service, delivery and collection were faultless this year. Whenever I see all the discarded Christmas trees in the street I am so happy knowing that my tree has been replanted. I just wish the driver wore green!

Delivered and collected as planned, really convenient for us as we live in a flat without outdoor space but love the idea of our tree being replanted. The tree was healthy and survived the holidays well with a very manageable amount of watering.

Love the whole ethos of this company, they do exactly what they say they will do, great communication & the Christmas tree was absolutely perfect.
