Green Elf Trees Reviews

Fantastic tree growing in a pot that looked great over the 4 weeks we had it . Delivered and collected very efficiently. Useful care instructions provided

Lovely tree and excellent, flexible service.

Great delivery driver and the most lovely dark green tree - smelled great, and then hopefully delivered again next year :-)

Fantastic elves ! Thank you for a wonderful tree that was delivered with zero hassle and looked and smelt amazing 🤩

Despite my limitations with the online ordering thanks to helpful telephone conversations all worked really well. A lovely tree delivered as planned.

I just absolutely love Green Elf Trees. This was our second year with them, and we went for the showstopper option (tallest available). It didn’t disappoint. Our family and friends visiting from America were really impressed, not only with how gorgeous it was, but also that the needles stayed intact and there was little drooping. We had it up for a full month! Filled our house with a lovely scent, too. Delivery and collection went smoothly, and I like that any time I emailed with questions, I got a reply within 24 hours from one of the founders himself. Not sure how long that will last as they scale up, but it gave the sense that these guys really care about delivering great service as well as trees, and they obviously care about environmental impact as well. If only all companies could be this way. I’m such a fan!

Green Elf were polite and courteous with a smooth delivery and collection. Thank you!

very easy to pick Xmas tree and get delivery

Been using them since 2020…trees are always great and the drop off is super seamless. Highly recommend!

Great service, beautiful tree, our most beautiful so far, and lasted forever!

Reliable, efficient and the tree was the best we had. Better than a similar service we have used for the past few years. Will use again, for sure.

Love this tree delivery service

Great service! Have used Green Elf for the last two years and have found the quality of the trees, and their customer service to be excellent. Will be coming back next Xmas for our tree for sure!

Such a great service from drop off to pick up. We loved our tree and can't wait to order again later this year. I felt so smug and wholesome knowing our tree wasn't going to be dumped in a Christmas tree graveyard like so many of my friends, family and colleagues were!

Always great trees, every year without fail

My first real tree and it was a wonderful experience.

Next to zero needles on the floor, good health for the entirety of December. Picked up plant for replanting.

5*
