Gridinsoft Anti-Malware I have been using this software for years. I think it is an excellent security software. It completely cleans every corner of the computer from malware, if any.

Great program with easy interface. Got my system clean in a single scan. Had a bit of an issue with activation, their support get is sorted out in a matter of minutes. 5 starts, plain and simple

"FREE" trial seems to be a scam, doesn't work. Pop-ups were removed by simply clearing Google Chrome browser history. there are better antivirus packages for less money.

Can't use 6 day free trial because server is always busy. They shouldn't advertise a free trial unless one is reasonably available. There software seemed good but can't really tell without a trial or full version.

I have exchanged several emails with their technical support. They always answered even though sometimes it lasted two days and finally they solved my problem and I mangaed to get rid of the malware causing problems on my comp.

Noticed I had 2 subscriptions for same software, contacted support, and after very short time I got a response and a fix. Very happy with both

I have been using Gridinsoft for 7-8 years maybe more.I don't remember the exact date but I remember how my computer was blocked by viruses. Everyone advised me to delete everything and reinstall it. I didn't, I started looking for an anti-virus program to help me restore my computer. I had used some security programs before but they were either not good enough too much of a burden on the system or they were too expensive or all of that. Then I came across Gridinsoft a small growing security software company. I didn't find any reviews and people I knew hadn't heard of Gridinsoft. I decided to bet the price suited me and i hoped it would work well.It wasn't good, IT WAS PERFECT. Restored my computer without having to reinstall it.I haven't any problem with viruses or the like since then. It's a very very good protective program fast and unobtrusive at a very very good price. I had a problem with last update but the support team solved it in an hour.

I'm surprised with all the negative reviews on this product, yes the trial version gave me some trouble at first but customer support helped me out with the issue, Yes they can take time to respond but the company is based in the Ukraine so you have to understand the time differense and their business hours so you need to have patience. I paid for a year subscription and so far am loving Gridinsoft Antimalware software. It works great and I have had no issues with it at all except for the Internet Security feature I keep disabled due to my browsers running slow or breaking websites with that feature enabled but other than that it has picked up multiple suspicious items on my computer that other software has not so I am widely impressed. Just need to work on the Internet Security Feature a bit and work out the bugs so my browser wont run so slow with it enabled. I also run Gridinsoft alongside with CatchPulse formally known as SecureAPlus and I have had zero problems on my computer. Keep up the great work!

I started using Gridinsoft when I was working with my local historical society and went in one evening to find the secetary getting ready to take ther computer to a repair shop for the second time. I told her to let me work on it and I soon found it was loaded with malware. I installed Gridinsoft and it resolved all the problems in short order. I then installed it on my home computer and what I thought was a clean computer had issues. Resolved those and resolved to use Gridinsoft from then on.

My other defense program caught a Trojan and said that it was severe and they could not remand it entirely. I immediately searched for solutions and decided on Gridinsoft. I loaded the software and it found dozens of questionable files! I did a thorough search of all my drives and it found 866 files! The other program said everything was fine. I am very happy that Gridinsoft updates their program immediately when they learn of new threats. I am a satisfied customer and was pleased with the thoroughness of the scans. Thank you Gridinsoft!

Free trial ? No, they always have a problem, for me is server too busy

I`ve been with Gridinsoft for a few years now, initially having signed up with them in order to get help removing a Trojan. The software performed brilliantly in achieving the task of trojan-removal. Over the years it has kept my computers safe from viruses, always erring on the side of caution when alerting me to issues that could be problematic for my pc.
I think the cost is pretty decent value for money and I intend to keep their software for the foreseeable future.
I was prompted to write this positive review when today I had to email Gridinsoft regarding a problem I had downloading a Threat Update. Their response was brilliant: they got back to me very quickly and sent me advice and a link with which I was immediately able to rectify the problem. That`s what I call good customer service!
So, good product, good customer service and good value for money

Great software that I have been using for long time. Updated frequently, and catches viruses regularly. Also for longtime users has discounts!

I have Google Chrome on my desktop pc. I recently downloaded software for work and the next day I noticed that my computer was acting up. I ran a scan and found that I had an AskToolbar virus. I tried to get rid of it but couldn't. I googled for help and a chap recommended Gridinsoft. I downloaded Gridinsoft and ran the scan and it removed the virus. I contacted Gridinsoft and asked them to send me my 6 day trial licence key which they did the very next day. They are amazing. Their software fixed my pc and my pc is back to normal again. Thank you so much Gridinsoft. I have since uninstalled Google Chrome and am now using Microsoft Edge.

I had problems installing Gridinsoft Antimalware due to the Win 10 firewall, but the support service responded immediately to my request, and I solved it with the recommended procedure, installing the software on two computers.
Everything OK.

Of cource, the program is not without flaws. I like a scanning speed and undermanding resoures. I got false positive results a couple of time ago. But, the support service always respond in my cases and fixes the worng detection. And once I really surffered with a friend's computer trying to understand why it freezes. I tried everything I could, and only Gridinsoft found a coin miner XMRIG who cleverly hid in system folders. So I can give 5 starts out of 5.

I work for myself and use a computer to process clients' reports. A month ago Windows 10 started running slower and I was getting strange error messages. So, I decided to install Gridinsoft Anti-Malware to check my computer for malware. I was able to full scan my PC and detected several malware and spyware(!) that can damage or steal clients' data. Now I see that computer has started to work much faster, and I'm very happy with it.
